The Space:

Casa Adriana by Oraklus is a striking contemporary estate offering expansive multi-level living designed for comfort, privacy, and entertainment. The main level features an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious living room with fireplace, formal dining area, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen equipped with premium Miele and Wolf appliances, a breakfast bar, and a temperature-controlled wine room. This level also includes an additional office or guest bedroom and seamless access to outdoor entertaining spaces.



The upper level is accessed by either elevator or a dramatic floating staircase, revealing a family room and multiple bedroom suites, including a luxurious primary suite with a double-sided fireplace, custom walk-in closet, and private sitting area. Each room on this level opens directly to the outdoor terrace, where a resort-style setting awaits with a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and expansive lounge areas.



The lower level is dedicated to entertainment and wellness, featuring a state-of-the-art cinema, wine cellar, game room, and fully equipped workout area, creating a complete lifestyle experience within the home.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the prestigious Palisades Riviera of Pacific Palisades, the home sits in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive hillside neighborhoods, known for its luxury estates, quiet streets, and sweeping canyon and city views. The area offers a private, residential feel while still being just minutes from Palisades Village, Brentwood, beaches, and Sunset Boulevard.



Getting Around:

Despite its peaceful, tucked-away setting, getting around is simple—driving is most common, but Uber and Lyft are quick and readily available, making access to surrounding areas easy and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules



- No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding 10 guests are permitted at any time.

- Maximum occupancy of 10 guests must be strictly observed.

- Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

- Please respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood. All noise, music, and outdoor activity must remain at a reasonable level, especially after 9–10 PM. Loud music, late-night entertaining, or poolside gatherings after this time are not permitted.

- Pool use is not permitted after 10 PM, and all sliding doors to the outdoor areas must remain closed after this time.

- Pets are not permitted. Service animals are accepted in accordance with Airbnb policy. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. Service animals must remain under full supervision at all times, may not be left unattended, are not permitted on the upper level, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A $250 fine will apply for any indoor smoking violations.

$200 if the property is left in an excessively unclean condition requiring additional cleaning



Additional Information

- Guests are expected to be transparent and accurate during the booking process.

- The home is located in a very quiet residential area with zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure compliance with house rules. Any violation or verified neighbor complaint may result in immediate eviction.

- Pool heating is available upon request for $90 per day.

- Please report any damages at check-in. Minor issues are generally not charged; for larger damages, costs will be agreed upon fairly with guests prior to checkout whenever possible.
