Stay in the renowned Wall Centre in the heart of Vancouver!

This freshly renovated 2BR/2BA features luxury furniture, designer décor, floor-to-ceiling windows and a Smart TV with multiple streaming services. ONE of the very few Short Term Rental buildings in Vancouver that is equipped with Central Air Conditioning and Heating.

Bright, spacious, and steps to top dining.

Located across from St. Paul's Hospital, and a 15-min walk to Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Stanley Park, Convention Centre & Cruise Ship Terminal. Free parking. A short 90 minute drive to Whistler!

Our condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed with the bathroom right across the hallway. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, complimentary toiletries and in-suite laundry facilities.

We would like to remind you that this building is completely NON-SMOKING. This INCLUDES no smoking or vaping on the balcony and any outdoor common spaces. Kindly smoke at the street level away from entrance ways.

Stay productive or connected with ease, courtesy of our high-speed WiFi.

We love our condo and hope you will treat it as if it was your own. Partying and loud noises will disrupt residents in the buildings and we ask that you be respectful of these in house rules.

Great central location. Easy access and safe building. Had everything we needed. Great views and nice to have balcony. Had all the amenities we needed. Easy park - central location. Clean and well kept.

We stayed here with a relative and couldn't have been happier. Our host met us upon arrival and helped us feel welcomed and informed. The condo is even more fantastic in person. Everything is clean, modern and comfortable. Sitting on the outdoor balcony is like floating above the city. The location is perfect and the building is secure. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a very beautiful property. We felt right at home. This was a business trip staying with a colleague. The space was so lovely, clean, fresh and inviting. Plenty of space, and the hosts thought of everything. We really enjoyed having this home base at the end of a very long workday and would highly recommend.

Beautiful high-rise apartment in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Friendly and responsive host. Immaculate and comfortably furnished. The convenience of onsite secure parking a definite plus. The apartment’s balcony was an added benefit.

I just checked out today. Lovely suite. It’s says recently renovated, they aren’t lying. Very clean overall. Great central location with transit right near by (seems like a major bus subway a few blocks away. Direct bus to Greek Town (if that’s your thing). Coffee Shop of choice was Breka, haven’t had a fritter like that in a while. Anyhow, the place is great, communication awesome check in/out super easy. Would do again. Lots of room and the nightscape views were wicked.

The apartment was in a great location to be able to walk to the seawall for our morning walks and to many restaurants. Very close to grocery stores (walking distance) and Hop on Hop off bus tours. Both Brandon and Collin were super esay to working with and communicated with us on several occasions. Wonderful time. Vancouver and surrounding areas are beautiful.
