The apartment was exactly how it was in the photos. The apartment was clean, neat, nicely furnished, quiet and comfortable. There are many special features such as a deep stand alone bath and electronic window coverings that exceed expectation. The building has 24hr front desk security, a great indoor pool and exercise area and everything is in good working order, A few issues to consider. First, the neighborhood is east of the main tourist area and there are unhoused people actively using drugs. The Chinatown SkyTrain station is right next to the apartment complex and can be heard at night and in the early morning. That said, there are many food options, coffee shops and small stores within direct proximity to the building as well as easy access to walk along the scenic sea wall bordering the former Olympic Village. My family and I (ages 18 to 70) very much enjoyed our Vancouver experience and felt at home in this spacious and well kept 29th floor apartment with panoramic views
