I will start off by saying the Host was wonderful. Excellent communication, they got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. They were very gracious in extending an additional free ticket for my anniversary celebration. The check in process was easy and through the actual Condo and not the host. It was Sea Turtle season so there were a LOT of rules and the guest services for the condo spoke rather mumbled with a lot of information. I would maybe suggest a print out with all of the rules and regulations of the city during this time for out of town guests. Basically it boiled down to no lights after sunset visible on the beach or you get fined big time! I was scared to even sit on my balcony after sunset with everything she said lol. On to the room- I will say there was an odd amount of mirrors everywhere. I understand it was likely to make a studio room feel bigger, it was just a lot! The room was adequate, but the VIEW- That private balcony and that VIEW was absolutely spectacular. Literally steps from the beach. I'd stay there 100 times over purely for that alone. We were within walking distance of a grocery store, some restaurants, bars. We took an Uber to St. John's Pass. The unit had a few beach items and there were cabanas/umbrellas/loungers available to rent on the beach. We never used the pool though it was nice because you could see the beach from it. There was a Tiki bar, which we used twice. All in all it was great & we'd stay again,
