Million-dollar waterfront view, located in close proximity to beaches, restaurants and shops. Enjoy Florida sunsets from beautiful newly remodeled condo with large 26’ long water front balcony.
This magnificent condo is smoke and pet free, located on the third floor (#315) and has been completely renovated with spectacular view over Boca Ciega Bay. The unit has two-bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and bar seating with a large private balcony. Enjoy the terrific sun sets!
The interior decorating and furnishings are modern, light and spacious. Master bedroom has a water front king size bed and en-suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large TV. Unit contains AC and washer-dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee pot, oven, range dishwasher and more. There are three flat screen TVs. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Bedding, linens, and towels are included and you will also find other amenities such as an iron, iron board and hairdryer for your convenience.
Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four-story building, built in 2006 on the waterline by Long Bayou in close proximity to Clearwater Beach FL. It is located close to St. Pete Beach between St. Petersburg and Tampa. It is only a 30-minute drive from Tampa International airport. Located within walking distance of some of the popular bars and restaurants and few minute drive to popular beaches, John’s Pass and Madeira Beach offer a variety of great shops, restaurants and bars.
The complex contains a large outdoor pool and heated hot tub and a BBQ-area. Gym and library. Plenty of free parking. Building is equipped with elevators. Located within 30-minutes of Raymond James Stadium, MLB and spring baseball, NHL hockey and Bush Gardens.
The condo has a keyless door lock system. You will be given a personal code with the contract prior to check in.

FANTASTIC

This property has the perfect location of all other condos in this facility. I have stayed at another condo one other time but this property was by far the best - so clean and beautifully decorated. We saw dolphins in front of the condo every single morning. I was able to speak to the owner regarding a slight problem with very quick results. I plan to return to this property and stay longer.

Beautiful view!

I brought my elderly mother down to visit my daughter who lives nearby. The condo was clean and well-kept. The view of the Boca Ciega Bay was awesome. We loved sitting out on the patio drinking coffee, watching the dolphins play and the boats going in and out. Communication was great with the owners. No issues at all. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful stay!

The unit is exactly as described. View of Boca Ciega Bay from the balcony is gorgeous and peaceful. Location is super convenient to all the area beaches as well as shopping, restaurants and other conveniences. Bill and Kristy were awesome hosts and super thoughtful. Would highly recommend!!

Fully stocked Condo for all your needs. Everything was as described. Shopping, restaurants and bars close by. Loved the pool but my favorite place to relax was the balcony. Watching the dolphins was another favorite pastime. We look forward to coming back someday

So peaceful and beautiful view!

Loved it! I just wished I knew there was nothing that was a short walk for food or supplies and we had to uber everywhere for everything. If you have a rental car or own transportation you are set. It's a gorgeous place with comfy beds and glorious whirlpool jet tub in the master bath.

Calm, Amazing Relaxing Views

The condo is clean with a large outside patio..The guest bathroom is off the kitchen near 2nd bedroom. There is a Full kitchen to cook with lots of condiments..Bathroom has extra towels for pool use. Communication with owner is exceptional.The pool was Amazing with fantastic Views. Lots of great Restaurants near by. Bed very Comfortable.

Great getaway!

Stayed here while visiting g our son who goes to college in St. Pete. It was a great condo with all the amenities needed. Views of the bay were spectacular and the balcony was perfect! We would definitely stay again and the hosts were prompt, friendly and helpful!!

Fantastic Vacation—Even better than expected!!

Beautiful and very clean unit that is decorated very, very nicely. The views of Boca Ciega Bay are outstanding and we could watch the dolphins play in the water from our very spacious balcony with plenty of seating and tables. Check in and out very easy and owners are very prompt with any questions or concerns! Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need! It was also great that there was an abundance of cleaning and paper products! The living area and kitchen was spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a tranquil place to relax and unwind, this is the place for you! Beaches and great restaurants are only a short drive away.

Winter at Boca Ciega

The unit we were in was excellent. From the amenities to the location of the condo overlooking the inland waterway. Sitting on the porch watching the dolphins play in the morning was an added benefit.

Perfect!

This property was very clean and in a great location. The owner was very responsive prior to check in. Check in/out was easy. The property had everything we needed so I did not have any reason to contact them during my stay. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful view

Everything was wonderful. The view is absolutely amazing. Saw manatees and dolphins. Balcony is shaded all day long which is wonderful. Condo was clean, and very beautiful. The only thing negative is that the pool and hot tub area close at dusk. I feel you should be able to use the facilities until 10pm, as long as groups are respectful of others. Amazing Place at a great location

We loved it! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony had a great view of the bay, sunsets, sunrises, dolphins and boats passing through. Very peaceful place to stay with lots of stuff near by. We will br back!
