Needs More Description on Property - 3rd floor - no elevator

This property needs more clarification when looking to rent. Didn't see any notification that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Was difficult for my husband to go up and down stairs so limited our time in the condo. Difficult to carry luggage and groceries to 3rd floor especially for older adults. A resident on lower floor carried our luggage to unit. Came to spend time with FL family and have company over. Planned to have sister come for the day to cook together and sit at the pool but she could not manage the stairs so spoiled our plans. Would have canceled staying at unit had I known it was on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Certainly overpaid for this unit with these restrictions.

Excellent Condo - good central location - highly recommend

Beautifully well kept condo. Everything was beautiful in the home, comfy beds and the kitchen was complete with all you would need. I loved the dinnerware and coffee cups. The bath towels were fluffy and oversized which I loved. 4 nice plush beach towels which were great to take to the onsite pool. My daughter and I traveled to the area to look for apartments as she is relocating to the area. So the location was perfect as it was centrally located with just a quick trip to Clearwater, Tampa, etc. Only 10 minutes to the beaches (we liked Madeira best) along the coast. The only cons were it was on the 3rd floor so carrying luggage up the stairs wasn’t fun but we got used to climbing up and down the stairs pretty quickly! Also, you are not in an area for walking - to stores, restaurants, etc. But everything was a very short drive. The area was safe and in a gated community giving us peace of mind. The host was easily accessible should we have needed her but we had absolutely NO issues!! :)

Awesome place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! I was on vaca with my bff and it was so nice to each have our own bedrooms / bathrooms. We loved the decor and the cleanliness too!

Seminole Condo

This property was perfect for our stay in Florida. Well appointed, clean, easy to access, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, both prior to arrival and once we were there. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area of Florida.

Great Time In Seminole

Loved this property and Ellen! Lovely quiet property with lots of friendly people and nice and quiet. We were desperate for a vacation and we loved this spotless property. Short drive to the beach. The property was spotless! Communication was spot on and Ellen was great at answering all our questions. We lucked out with the weather and had a great time. Hope to come back another time. Clean Condo

The pictures of the listing were exactly what we got. A clean well kept condo with everything needed for a nice stay. We enjoyed some of the local restaurants, but also chose to cook a few nights. A short drive to Indian Shores beach.

Fun in the Sun.

Loved everything ❤ about Seminole.and this property,from day 1 I felt like it was home Tennis court,pool was warm, and gym had whatever you needed,every store you need is right there Daleys Burgers 🍔 is right next door Best burger and fries ever.with 50s music 🎶 My favorite,the apartment was immaculate and lacked nothing,I hope to.get back soon.

Terrific condominium comfort in a great location

Location first: convenient to all manner of shopping and to the beach scene. And, for Seminole, QUIET, as you are located well away from the busiest through streets. Next, the condo itself: bright, spacious, comfortable with every need anticipated by extremely thoughtful and responsive hosts. One bonus for me, as I had some desk work I needed to attend to during our stay, was an oversized dining room table that allowed me to set out my stuff while still providing ample room for dining for two. We had a _perfect_ stay here and hope to return for future stays.

Adorable Condo

We arrived late and tired.. the directions and codes given by the owner were so easy to follow and made entry so easy! Once inside, we were all so excited to look around and realize that the place is exactly as described and shown, just perfect! Clean, comfortable, and the perfect location as the beach scene is literally a 5 minute drive! We were also able to utilize the on site amenities like the pool, tennis court, and fitness room, which were so much fun. I highly recommend renting with Ellen.. it’s just a wonderful and like home place to vacation!

Near the beach, without the crowds and traffic. Close to everything you want to do on vacation. Near airport. Less than half a mile to a new upscale shopping center with dine in movie theatre, shopping and restaurants etc

Third floor condo is on the quiet side of complex- opposite side of building from pool and noisy main road. It is on the top floor which ensures no noise from above and allows for beautiful vaulted ceilings.
