- There are kids’ pool toys and children’s life jackets inside the table located on the balcony for guest use. Tennis rackets and balls are also available inside the TV cabinet for guest use.

- PARKING: You will have access to one car bay in the parking garage. The car bay is located just past the first arrow labelled “414”.

IMPORTANT: The garage has a very low clearance height of 1.92m. Please ensure your vehicle can safely fit before entering.

- NOISE DISCLAIMER: Please note that occasional metal grinding or mechanical noises may be heard in certain areas of the property. These sounds are external and beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- The communal spaces are shared with all residents who reside at the property. We expect all guests to use these spaces responsibly and respectfully. Please adhere to any notices or rules surrounding these spaces. Please note that sometimes these spaces may be out of action due to maintenance or urgent repairs, in this case, this is out of our control and refunds will not be issued for such issues.
