The Space:

Downstairs, the bright open-plan living spaces draw your eye towards the canal, creating a scenic setting for time together. Settle into the comfortable lounge for a movie on the smart TV, cool off with air conditioning or open up towards the waterfront and let the peaceful outlook become part of your day. The sofa can also be prepared as a sofa bed on request for an additional fee.



The fully equipped kitchen makes holiday cooking effortless, with generous bench space, an oven, gas stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for an easy morning coffee or gather around the dining table for long, shared meals.



Step outside and enjoy multiple outdoor entertaining spaces. At the rear, the waterfront deck overlooks the tranquil canal, creating a peaceful setting for morning coffee or afternoon drinks, while two kayaks stored beneath the deck invite you to explore the waterways. At the front of the home, a separate alfresco dining area seats six, offering an easy spot to gather for casual meals in the fresh air.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a serene escape with a queen bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, while its balcony offers a beautiful elevated outlook across the canal. The second bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe, and the third offers two single beds, a wardrobe and TV. The main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower, with the toilet conveniently positioned separately.



Located downstairs at the front of the home, the laundry includes a washing machine, sink and an additional toilet. There is a dryer located in the garage. For year-round comfort, air conditioning is available in the downstairs living area and the upstairs primary bedroom, while ceiling fans are fitted throughout the remaining bedrooms. Parking is easy, with a single garage along with additional driveway and street parking.



This home is dog-friendly and welcomes up to 2 small non-shedding dogs upon application (2 max - $50 fee per dog)



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay with a single garage space and free street parking.

This townhouse is ideally located in Maroochydore, just a short drive from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, the CBD and Sunshine Plaza. Having a car is recommended for exploring the Sunshine Coast’s stunning beaches and hinterland towns, however public transport is also easily accessible, with the closest bus stop located just 700m away (approximately an 11-minute walk) at Duporth Ave at Picnic Point, Maroochydore.

*Please note there are quiet hours after 9pm as this home is located within a residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask guests to respect surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
