The Space:

Welcome to your peaceful hinterland retreat, nestled amongst established gardens and surrounded by the natural beauty of Maroochy River. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, this spacious home offers multiple living areas, comfortable accommodation, and beautiful outdoor spaces to relax and reconnect.



Upstairs, the home centres around a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that creates a welcoming space for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, while the adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests for shared meals and entertaining.



The main living area features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a grand piano, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast.



One of the standout features of the home is the expansive covered wraparound deck. Overlooking the surrounding trees and countryside, this elevated outdoor space provides a peaceful setting to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drink, or simply take in the tranquil surroundings. The property's established gardens offer additional outdoor spaces to enjoy, including several seating areas positioned throughout the grounds. Guests can also explore "Tina's Rockery", a charming landscaped rock garden that adds character and a sense of serenity to the property.



The large fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for children and dogs to play, making this an ideal choice for families travelling with pets. Dogs are welcome, and we simply ask guests to clean up after them during their stay.



The home comfortably accommodates guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.



Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): The master retreat features a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Accessible from the master bedroom, this bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and sink.



Bedroom 3: Furnished with two single beds, this bedroom includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet.



External stairs connect the upper level of the home to the downstairs guest apartment. Located on the ground level, the apartment can also be accessed directly from the garage area, providing flexibility and privacy for guests staying in this separate space.



Ideal for extended families, grandparents, teenagers, or couples travelling together, the self-contained guest apartment offers its own living and dining areas, kitchenette, private bathroom, and sleeping arrangements separate from the main residence.



Bedroom 4 (Guest Apartment): This private retreat features a king bed and queen sofa bed.



Bathroom 3: The guest apartment includes its own private bathroom.



Living Area 2: The downstairs apartment also features a separate living room, dining area, and kitchenette, providing a comfortable private space away from the main living areas.

Beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, attractions, and Sunshine Coast Airport are all within a comfortable driving distance.



Public transport options are available from the nearby Parklakes and Bli Bli areas, approximately 10–15 minutes' drive from the property. The closest bus stops include:

*Dog-friendly property. Dogs are welcome upon application. The property is fully fenced, allowing dogs to access the garden areas. We kindly ask guests to clean up after their pets during their stay.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by a family booking.



*This home is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours.
