This bright, contemporary apartment offers all the comforts of home. It's also in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the Hamilton Island Marina. It includes a large outdoor entertaining terrace, floor to ceiling glass windows, and air-conditioning and fans throughout.

Location.
On the Marina side of the island, you're just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on Front Street. You're also within walking distance of the renowned Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Outdoor space.
Relax on your unique indoor/outdoor BBQ entertaining area, which has an outdoor dining setting for six people. This enclosed area includes plantation shutters that you can close in cooler weather, or open right up in warmer weather to let in the sea breeze.

Family-friendly.
Flowing over one level, and with two spacious bedrooms, this apartment is ideal for a small family.

Pool.
Guests have access to the shared Oasis lagoon pool.

Kitchen.
Enjoy a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Rooms.
There are two large bedrooms. The first has a king bed and directly connects to the bathroom, which features a luxurious corner bath as well as a separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two single beds.

Extra bed.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area - ideal for children or extra guests.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Wi‑Fi is available; however, as this is a remote island location, internet speeds and reliability may be slower or less consistent than guests may be accustomed to in urban areas. Performance may vary due to weather and peak demand.

Where and how to collect your buggy
A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.

You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies.
As a guest of this property of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. If you are arriving prior to 2pm, we suggest packing a change of clothes/bathers in your hand luggage so that you can start your holiday straight away.
