We are very pleased with our choice. The rental was walking distance to the ocean, comfortable and quiet. We loved having the outside patio for breakfast and cocktails.

Would absolutely stay in this house again! Loved being able to walk all the places we wanted to go. Host was always available and made check-in and out super easy.

Incredible stay from start to finish. The grounds were beautiful, and we were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of bubbly waiting for us. The location was perfect-just a short drive to everything we wanted to do and easily walkable to so much, including the beach. It was also very family-friendly and worked out wonderfully for our young family with toddlers. We will be back, thank you!

Perfect spot for our UCSB graduation weekend!

Comfortable & well-appointed home in a convenient neighborhood right in the Funk Zone—walkable to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, and the beach. Great location, great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Fabulous place in amazing location.

This is a beautiful unit in a gorgeous, well maintained large home. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and the beach. The home is clean, well stocked with everything you need, nicely updated appliances, and the beds are comfortable.

Perfect for our jaunt to Santa Barbara. Only thing I’d recommend would be a water filter pitcher to use the tap or provid bottled .

Outstanding Place to Stay

Very nicely kept property inside and out. Plenty of outdoor seating and tables, very comfortable inside with all amenities. Location perfect for shopping, eating and beach.
