A 300-square-meter family farmhouse on ½ hectare of land in a quiet setting amid the vineyards between Tulette and Visan, combining charm with spacious rooms, featuring 6 bedrooms: 2 with a 180-double bed that can be split into two, 2 with a 160-double bed and an en-suite shower, 1 with a 140 double bed and an en-suite shower, and 1 with a 140 double bed plus 2 single beds, as well as 1 shared shower for the 3 bedrooms that do not have en-suite showers, large reception rooms, and a terrace with a view of Mont Ventoux. A small pool for cooling off (2.5 m by 1.2 m, 0.85 m deep). Large courtyard with majestic plane trees and an electric gate. A BBQ, ping-pong table, foosball table, 5 bicycles, and pétanque balls are at your disposal, as are bed linens and bath towels.
A small house is located at the entrance, but the two properties are completely separate; there is no noise disturbance, and the surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. The location allows you to combine exploring local heritage, culinary tours, and sports activities. It is close to renowned tourist sites: Orange—with its Roman triumphal arch and theater; Vaison-la-Romaine—with its Roman ruins and Provençal market; Nyons and its local products (olives, olive oil, lavender…), Grignan and its castle…
Wine lovers can explore the AOC Côtes du Rhône wine route and its famous vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cairanne, Rochegude, Gigondas, and Vacqueyras.
Hikers and cyclists can admire the rolling landscapes and ancient hilltop villages of the Drôme Provençale, as well as sample its local specialties. The more experienced can cycle up Mont Ventoux or explore the Ardèche Gorges.
