Unit includes sleep number master bed, enhanced WiFi (mesh), 3 flat screen TVs; desk in 2nd bedroom; large walk-in shower; entire unit freshly painted with new crown molding; new closet systems; fully equipped kitchen with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, under cabinet lighting, newer appliances, and larger bar counter with bar stools. Plenty of dishes, linens, and beach gear provided. Easy access to elevator and 7th floor trash shoot. Property Amenities include heated pool and jacuzzi, large laundry facilities, 4 lighted tennis courts (racquets and balls provided), shuffleboard courts (shuffleboard equipment provided), fishing dock (fishing poles and tackle provided), sauna, putting green (putters, balls provided) and boat slips. Indian Shores Gem

Our small family fully enjoyed our stay at Laurie's place. The condo was fully stocked with all essentials (coffee, shampoo, cooking needs) and so many necessary items for the beach. The beach is super close (two minute walk) and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The view from the condo is wonderful. The condo was spotless and the pool was clean and warm. The workout room was a nice amenity to use. Unfortunately, the tennis courts were closed during our stay although no work was being done at the time. It would have been good to know ahead of time since we planned on playing and training our daughter. Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf next door is a must do, and the the discount for staying at Bay Shores is nice. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay at Laurie's place again!

Elsa couldn’t stop us from having a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Laurie’s unit. The details and extra amenities she provides went beyond what I would expect. The location of the property to the beach was a short walk across the parking lot. Indian Shores and Indian Rocks beaches have plenty of good eats. And finally, Laurie was in touch frequently to make sure that our week at the beach with Hurricane Elsa was as pleasant and safe as possible. Great property and host!

A great property!

The condo was really well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could ask for - I almost felt like I was in my own kitchen. Beach towels and beach gear added to the fun of my stay. Very nice furniture - everything was very tidy & clean.
