This house has 3 floors and the home is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are 14 stairs to get up to the 2nd floor. Additionally there is a ground floor apartment which is also rented separately, so although you have the entire home to yourself, you will be sharing the parking area which has enough space for 6-8 cars in total, the outdoor shower, the bikes/kayaks and the access to the canal. The house deck and apartment patio are separated, so you will not be sharing those spaces.
