This place is amazing, everything stocked, bed is comfy and you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. The beach is a short walk away. This is the perfect warm weather getaway for a couple. Also, the pool is heated (which we ended up using just about every day. Parking is included with your stay. I totally recommend this place if you’re heading to Marco Island. And your host is very friendly and responds quickly. We will return

The condo was spotless and exactly as pictured. Denice was easily reachable if needed. The location was perfect to access to walk to the beach and restaurants. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, cart, cooler, umbrella, and towels. Everything was within easy driving distance. The patio is a great place to relax. Two High table chairs and 2 rockers. The amenities were top notch within the condo. The grounds are immaculate as well. Each condo has its assigned parking spot. Lots of crosswalks to assist in getting across to the beach. Our favorites were Italian Market and Deli, Island Hideout, Doreen’s ( lots of food), and Hoots. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to stay

This place is beautiful and such a great location. Everything we needed was right there. We packed in so many activities during our stay. Historical Museum, manatee tour,fishing ,boating, beach time, Botanical Gardens, great restaurants, and shelling. We needed a great place to relax at the end of the day, and it was perfection! beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities.

For those inclined ... Marco Island has quite a few boat and wave-runner rental businesses ... Marco Island is just 1 of the 10,000 Islands ... a day spent exploring the 10,000 Islands either with a guide or on your own will not soon be forgotten. Florida we set out to find the ideal retreat when we stumbled upon this intimate little community, large enough that it does offer guests friendly sociable interactions down at the swimming pool, bbq and tennis courts yet small enough to afford you the privacy many vacationers come seeking. Centrally located on Marco Island at 291 S. Collier Blvd guest will be delighted to find San Marco Residences is situated directly at Marco's mid-city Beach Access point ... there is no trudging blocks to the beach ... simply stroll across the crosswalk with the Casadekrier supplied beach cart with chairs, umbrellas and cooler to enjoy a stress free day on some of the most perfect beaches you'll likely come across ...

Here at San Marco Residences you will never pay additional fees for parking, WiFi or cable television. You can quite literally park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment, you can also have bicycles delivered from Island Bike Shop phone #239-394-8400 for the length of your stay. Many of the Island restaurants working in conjunction with several transportation services offer complimentary transportation to and from their establishments.
We are conveniently located across the street from newly renovated JW Marriott boasting world-class amenities and Spa services as well as fine dining and entertainment.
A nice bike ride or walk to Caxambas Park on the southern end of the Island will afford you hours of boat watching, fishing and of course the occasional Dolphin sighting.
