Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clovis. All kitchen and bathroom equipment and cabinets are brand-new. 3 queen size beds and 1 bunk bed can accommodate up to 9 guests to stay comfortably. New washer and dryer with detergent are in the garage at guests' disposal. Guests can enjoy cooking using all kitchen essentials equipped. High speed Wifi and 65" TV with Xfinity cable guarantee a comfort and convenient stay for both private and business purposes.
Disclosure of security devices: Two Ring security cameras are installed. One is on the front showing front yard and the entrance area. The other is on the back showing backyard and the entrance area to the kitchen. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

This property was perfect for us, it was so very clean. We did run out of TP & Paper towels, but that was an easy fix!! Loved the location. Airport was very close. I can not stress how clean it smelled, the sheets and towels smelled good. Overall 5 stars!!

Exemplary from beginning to end inside and out. I actually made an error booking another Vrbo and I found this property. The owner is professional and kind and when we entered, everything exceeded our expectations. The host thought of everything. It was such a wonderful experience for my family to get together we will definitely be back. The price was a bargain. Thank you so much.

While you can tell it’s an older home from the garage, the interior has been nicely updated. We found it to be very clean and well appointed, especially for the price point. We had a party of 6 (2 couples and 2 single adults) so found the 4 bedrooms with queen beds to be perfect. Note: the mattresses are quite firm, but I’d prefer that to worn out. It’s hard to tell from pics, but all 3 standard rooms include smart TVs, only the bunk bed room does not have one (perhaps they’ll add one in the future?). It was also great to have access to the garage with a remote for easy & secure parking each night. Within the garage were a washer and dryer with detergent which was a welcome bonus. The check-in was seamless with Masato sharing the house code and check-in time updates via text the day prior to arrival. Plus, it was an excellent location, about 1.5 hr or so from both Yosemite & Sequoia National Parks. And only 10min or so to the Fresno airport on our checkout day. I’d definitely recommend this rental!

The house was great we didn’t need to cook so I am not sure about pots,pans . The fridge was big and great, The master bathroom was very nice but if you use a wheelchair or walker they probably will not fit into the bathroom, the other bathroom my walker did fit in that door. The back of the couch had a little hole on the back and some wood was poking out, we just made sure we kept the couch cover was over it not a big deal but just a heads up. We did not use the washer or dryer but they looked new, we did not shop but there is shopping nearby and pleanty of places to eat nearby, very nice neighborhood no issues no noiseOverall a great stay! Thank you

Nice little 4 bedroom 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. Newer appliances, garage parking and washer/dryer. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Will stay again.

Comfortable and Convenient

The inside of the house is very nice. It was extremely clean. Great kitchen appliances. Each bedroom was decorated nicely. Beds and bedding were great.
