Also, a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction to Watch Hill, Fire Island's National Seashore. Here you can discover the solitude of a seaside wilderness, and walk the nature trails throughout the extensive salt marsh. Watch Hill also has a smaller general store and restaurant.
