BEAUTIFUL water views! Whether you are planning a beach getaway, golf outing, girls’ weekend, or fun filled family vacation – LOOK NO FURTHER! Our LUXURIOUS and spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath, 1st floor unit, with GORGEOUS lake and golf course views is in Colony Place at Oyster Bay. Conveniently located just over the bridge from Sunset Beach, our unit is updated and beautifully appointed with quality furnishings from ceilings to floors.

Enjoy our unit with laminate wood flooring throughout, tile in baths, upgraded kitchen and bath cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vanities with granite tops, and updated furniture and furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker (and drip coffee maker), dishes, cookware, silverware, everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has two queen beds and private bath with tub/shower combo. This unit has DELUXE bedding and linens, flat screen TVs in bedrooms, 55” flat screen in living room, WIFI, and laundry room with washer & dryer. Relax in a swinging chair on the furnished screened porch or sit by the lake and watch the wildlife on the wrap-around patio.

Our NON-Smoking, NO Pets unit is immaculately maintained. With heightened attention of the importance of cleanliness and disinfection, we have our professional cleaning staff both CLEAN and DISINFECT with EPA-approved disinfectants and following CDC guidelines before and after each stay. We provide a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Centrally located on Oyster Bay golf course, our unit is only 3 miles from the #1 rated Sunset Beach in North Carolina, 5 miles to beautiful Ocean Isle Beach, and just a few minutes to Calabash, NC, which offers fresh seafood right off the boats. Our unit is close to beaches, golf, shopping, lots of great restaurants, and boating/water sports. Guests of this unit also have the added benefit of owner’s amenities including use of the pool (seasonal), tennis & pickleball courts, basketball, and outdoor charcoal grills/picnic tables. Our guests are also welcome to use the amenities at the Sea Trail Village Activity Center which offers indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, game room, kids activities, pool bar and restaurant (open seasonally) – daily/weekly rates apply.

Great condo - Exactly as described!

This condo is beautifully decorated with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is well furnished with almost anything you need for a comfortable visit. Great view of the golf course from the back patio. Convenient to Sunset Beach, Ocean Island, Calabash, Little River, and North Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that might have made the stay more comfortable would be a reclining sofa/ sectional, or at least an ottoman or two, in the living room.

Summer Vacation

We usually stay in Pawley's Island or somewhere near Myrtle Beach, but we were very pleasantly suprised with this trip. Both the condo and the area far exceeded our expectations. The place was nice, super clean, and had everything you could need for the week. We were just a short drive to Sunset Beach and really enjoyed it. We ended up driving the short distance to Calabash and eating at Gravy. It was amazing! A smaller restaurant and very popular, so go early or you will have to wait. We definitely would come back to stay here. Thank you!

The condo is very clean & well kept. the location is nice & quiet. The view is great of the pond & wildlife, enjoyed that with my morning coffee. Watched the golfers across the pond on home 1(i believe) .

Excellent down to the details

The condo was a well furnished, clean unit. The owners seemed to think of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Communication with them was so pleasant and we always received a quick and helpful response. The development had lovely trees and landscaping and was blissfully quiet! So peaceful with great walking paths. Close to the beach and a grocery store. You won’t go wrong with this rental!

Wonderful!!!!!

Everything was perfect. The unit was beautiful and very clean. Loved looking out at the water and seeing the amazing wild life. My daughter was obsessed with the alligators that lived there. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful!

Talk about comfort! This condo was very well equipped with great views of the lake. Perfectly located with a short drive to either the beach or restaurants and shoos in Calabash. Wonderfully decorated, we loved sitting on the patio witha glass of wine in the evening after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend!

Great stay at Sea Trail!

We would recommend this unit to all friends and family that are visiting the area! The location was close to Sunrise Beach and convenient to downtown Calabash. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had many small thoughtful touches through out that you don't usually find. The owner(s) really went the extra mile to make sure you have everything you would need when renting their unit and this was truly appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

Comfy condo in Sunset Beach

We have enjoyed several stays in this very well maintained and updated condo. Communication with the owners is easy and they arrange for all necessities to be available in the unit. The location is great- a bike ride to the beach and numerous golf courses nearby. We hope to stay here again!

The Brewers come from New England and have lived in the beautiful state of North Carolina for over 33 years. Rob is a home construction remodeler and real estate agent who's superman skills made this unit just gorgeous! Gina and Alyssa are administrative coordinators who love to design and decorate and made all the beach theme choices for this unit. We have been coming down to Brunswick County for over 30 years and are now happy to call the coast our home. We hope you enjoy!

Colony Place was one of the first condo's we ever rented in Brunswick County. We've always dreamed of owning here and in 2019 we purchased and remodeled this unit. We are happy to share with you.

There are lots of unique benefits to staying in Colony Place. Our unit is conveniently located near some of North Carolina's best wide white sand beaches, great restaurants, lots of choices for golfing, and plenty of shopping. For a small fee, guests of this unit have the option of using the amenities of the Village Activity Center at Sea Trail. They have daily/weekly/monthly rates for gym, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, etc.
