The Space:
La Centrale of Île de Ré offers the Thalassa villa, located at Clos Hermione, a set of 3 new independent houses with 4 bedrooms and classified as 4-star.
Walking distance to La Flotte beach, the centre and shops.
The houses can be rented individually or simultaneously while preserving the privacy and autonomy of each.
The villa has a covered terrace, which is a real asset in case of rain or intense heat, and the total outdoor area covers 53 m².
A landscaped, enclosed and private garden is accessible from the Master bedroom and from the living room.
The villa has reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
WIFI Internet access included.
Close to cycle paths, shops and the market, the house is 500 metres from the beach.
Private parking for cars and 8 bicycles.
Charging point for 1 electric vehicle in the parking spaces.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
The villa is comfortable and has a living/lounge area with a fully equipped open kitchen.
