Excellent location near stores, gym, and restaurants with a view of nearby mountains and the ocean from the second-floor unit. Fully equipped and ready for you and your guest. We accept reasonable offers. Ask about long term rental discounts.

Excelente localidad junto a tiendas, restaurantes y gyms. Vista al mar de las unidades superiores y vista a las montañas. Quédate con nosotros en esta hermosa apartamento y pregunta por los descuentos en rentas largas (El depósito no está incluido). Aceptamos ofertas razonables.

The Space
The building is secured behind a gate and has plenty of extra parking for large recreational vehicles. We have a local team for 24-hour support.

Guest Access
The entire property is fenced in. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and parking lot.

Smoking is allowed outside of the apartment. Sofa converts into a bed to allow additional guests. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $50.

Quiet place to stay with good facilities

Nice pool, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, excellent AC which was much appreciated. Manager responded quickly to a problem with the gate to the property. Check in seems overly complicated but local crime risks may justify the use of 3 locks to get into the unit.

Perfect...!!!!

Easy access, close to everything, clean unit, and hot water! It's great to have a washer and dryer on site to use as well. I don't have to do laundry when I get back home. I be back... if it's ok with Frank...!

Nice Place

This is a secure property with an attentive manager. Very clean, but on-going construction (nearing completion) has a few consequences like extra noise and dust. Overall a very good property a little removed from town and that's not a bad thing.
