Excellent location near stores, gym, and restaurants with a view of nearby mountains and the ocean from the second-floor unit. Fully equipped and ready for you and your guest. We accept reasonable offers. Ask about long term rental discounts.

The Space
The building is secured behind a gate and has plenty of extra parking for large recreational vehicles. We have a local team for 24-hour support.

The entire property is fenced in. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and parking lot.

Smoking is allowed outside of the apartment. Sofa converts into a bed to allow additional guests. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $50.
