• Balconies will be CLOSED. Balcony furniture will be moved inside and placed out of the way whenever possible.
• Construction noise should be expected during business hours consistent of concrete work. Around 85–90 dB for nature of repair.
• Balcony closure schedule is in place, though can change. Please be mindful.
