If you're looking to be steps from the beach in a smaller and quiet community then we're your place.

We love our slice of paradise and enjoy spending time here so we make sure it is updated and feels like home - in all the good ways. This means our kitchen is well stocked and our furniture is of good quality and comfy. We use slipcovers on the sofa and living room pillows so they can be easily cleaned. We also have an independent cleaner who only focuses on our condo and keeps it clean.

While staying with us you'll enjoy ocean views from the balcony that can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. The coastal decor of our 2nd floor 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is in a quiet well-maintained low-rise building. You will be steps from the outdoor pool and beach.

A modern kitchen, well-appointed bedrooms, and living room to relax when off the beach. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2023. The living room features a flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. Cable and wifi provided. Washer/Dryer in the condo utility room.

Unwind in the living room while not on the surf or greens. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. The WiFi allows you to work or stream inside the condo or when on the balcony.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, cooking knives/ utensils, silverware and dishes if you enjoy preparing meals at home or even if you are simply reheating leftovers.

With three bedrooms you have room to stretch out with family or if coming with friends on a getaway to shop, play in the sand or golf.

Our condo is cleaned by a wonderful person that takes cleaning seriously. All rooms and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and wiped down, vacuumed and mopped.

Bed Linens and bath towel set (bath, hand and wash cloth) are fresh upon arrival and with your beds made. We ask that you remove the bed linens and place them along with towels in the “laundry bag” upon departure.

A set of 6 Pool / Beach towels are available in the laundry room along with 4 chairs. If used please wash/dry/fold towels and return to the laundry room prior to departure. Chairs should be rinsed and thoroughly dried prior to departure.
