Ideal for extended stays of 29 nights or longer, the condo offers a comfortable place to settle in while still feeling like a vacation retreat.

We have stayed at 4 different places on the island and this one is by far our favorite. The location is perfect and the layout is great. We particularly liked the huge deck that is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. As for amenities, we had everything we would ever need or want, including the use of two bikes and beach equipment. Michelle is the perfect host and responds immediately to all communication.

A welcome respite from a long winter

This condo was clean, convenient to shopping, beaches, and local attractions, and was well equipped with about everything you may need. We would consider this again for future vacations.

Everything and more!

This property was as described and was a great space! The location was central to everything, we biked daily to the pier, beach and marinas. Amenities were great, we lacked nothing. Host was very accessible and responsive for a few minor issues. Would highly recommend and visit again!!

Wonderful Updated Condo, Excellent Location!

We had an incredible time at Michele’s condo! It’s proximity to redfern village (restaurants, coffee shops, etc) is second to none on the island. The condo was recently updated and everything in the condo was pretty much new. The complex is very quiet and the pool rarely had anyone in it which was nice. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom runs hotter than the rest of the house, but Michele said she would have an HVAC contractor address the issue. We will definitely be back!

Skiff Landing Condo #B8

We totally enjoyed staying at this Skiff Landing condo on St. Simons Island GA. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Redfern Village which has restaurants and shops. The owner Michele has the condo nicely stocked with items you may need for your stay. The Condo is very nicely decorated & updated also.

We live in beautiful rural north western NJ and were looking for a second home close to golf and the beach. We spend a lot of time working and desired a vacation home to further enjoy the things we love. We visit Savannah often to see our daughter and family and wanted something nearby. We purchased the unit in May of 2019 not knowing we would be grandparents 1 year later. We love family and enjoy welcoming guests.

We visited Saint Simons based on a recommendation and were instantly captured by the beauty, comfort, and the non commercial coastal feel. We immediately loved Skiff Landing recognizing that it offered everything we wanted and more. The required updating resulted in a complete remodel. It is a welcoming community that respects your privacy. We put our heart in making it a very comfortable place to stay. We trust you will be feel at home while enjoying SSI!
