Welcome to the Bearded Oyster! Nestled away on a charming side-street on Provincetown's east end, just steps from Commercial Street and the harbor, this two-bedroom two-bath condominium unit has a wonderful mix of modern amenities (inc. a parking space!) and 19th century charm. You and your guests can enjoy the soaring Great Room, kitchen and exclusive deck together and retreat to your own bedrooms, with separate bathrooms, as needed.

Perfectly lovely

The condo is perfect for four people. Close to anything you could want. Beach and restaurants. Commercial street 11/2 blocks away. Relax on the deck or walk into town.

Great location but smaller than expected

We loved the location on Pearl Street, near the action but quiet too. The apartment is smaller than expected - the second bedroom is a tight fit for two adults and the second bathroom has a crazy layout meaning anyone with broad shoulders can’t sit on the toilet!

Apologies that the listing didn't suit your needs. I believe the description is accurate; the second bedroom includes a full bed, as written. Provincetown's charm in this case turned out to be this guest's disappointment.

Terrific property in a great, quiet location

The condo is very nicely remodeled and located just a block away from Commercial Street in the near east end of town. Perfect for walking to all the shops, galleries, restaurants and nightlife. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the living/dining area is perfect for relaxing. There is a comfortable sofa and two swivel chairs. The adjacent dining area has a table and two benches suitable for four people. It has a large-screen TV with Apple TV and other apps, along with a sound bar. The large deck includes comfortable, deep seating sofa/lounge (an upgrade to what's shown in the photos). There are mini-split air conditioners in the living area and both bedrooms. The secondary bath is on the small side with the washer/dryer taking up a lot of space, but those appliances came in handy allowing us to pack light and wash a load of clothes during our visit. The place is very quiet. Never heard any street sounds or noise from the neighbors. Would stay here again.

A real gem!

We very much enjoyed our experience at this property. It is conveniently located, 2 great bedrooms, adorable sitting area and kitchen, and glorious deck for enjoying the outdoors. The charm of P-Town is alive and well in this condo! The host was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!!

A Hidden Gem

Perfectly nestled just off Bradford this place is super for adults who want it enjoy Ptown in a sophisticated way. It is cozy inside with a great deck. Great host, place and neighbors, close to everything.

Perfect blend of old and new

We loved this condo! Quiet, sweet neighbors, lovely deck, great location without too much Bradford St. road noise. Beautiful huge tree near deck. Old house with wavy wide floorboards, dormers, etc, but upgraded with new climate control/lighting/fans/counters..... Anthony made everything easy! We look forward to returning.

A week in ptown

The location was ideal for everything in the town. Also easy to access kayaks, bikes, dune tours and coffee shops.. we found the condo to be well supplied and very comfortable. A very nice outdoor balcony.

fun stay in Provincetown

We loved this property. It had two nice sized bedrooms - one bigger than the other, but fine for two couples. We loved the outdoor space - the deck. We had coffee out on the deck in the morning and drinks in the late afternoon/evening. On rainy days, we had plenty of common space in which to congregate. We ate in several nights and found it easy to cook in the space. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Would stay again

This property was clean with a great layout. Close to the beach and within walking distance to everything you might need. It had everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing time away. Highly recommend.
