Lovely Easter Wknd stay

The house was perfect; easy to get to - lovely setting/great neighborhood. The host was super responsive; kitchen well stocked - check-in and check-out were very easy. We will definitely stay again on one of our Spokane visits. THANK YOU!!

Charming home

Great older home with charming touches. Located next to a beautiful park. The host was very accommodating and generous. We had a wonderful time. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large back yard every evening. We would stay again.

Neighborhood living in beautiful Spokane, Washington

The house is situated in a quaint neighborhood that is surrounded by mostly one story homes with very friendly neighbors.Everything was in the home to where a family could stay for a day or for a month without having to really do anything except some grocery shopping.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we were ever to come back to Spokane. Meanwhile, we highly recommend it to our friends, family, or any person on VRBO, looking to stay in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place in Spokane.A

Great place and Awesome host

This is a super cute house with lots of amenities. We spent 3 nights while on a cross-country motorcycle trip. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Austyn is a great host. Very communicative and quick to respond to questions. Comfortable bed (we only used the downstairs). The house manual was helpful with restaurant suggestions and other things to do in the area. He also included a history of his owning the house and future plans for improvements which I enjoyed reading. Would definitely stay again.

Charming home with stunning park access.

My husband and I visited our son in Spokane for the 4th of July weekend. The communication with Austyn was excellent. The home was exactly as described. The backyard wasamazing. The amenities such as hammocks, games, cornhole, BBQ left no reason to venture out. Across the street is Audubon park which is spansive and beautiful. This is an older home, so there arelots of creaking floors and the doors take some convincing to close. The kitchen was so incredibly well supplied with anything you need including tea kettle, air fryer, instant pot, blender, Keurig, grinder and coffee maker. There were seasonings and condiments available as well. It does have a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom. There is a binder with great recommendations to food, drinks and activities. Thanks Austyn!!

Cute, clean and comfortable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was perfect for 4 people and the kitchen offered a lot of space for making our Thanksgiving dinner! The beds are comfortable and the place was spotless upon our arrival. We liked the keyless entry as well.
