Walk to parks, coffee shops, or drive to work at the hospital in a few minutes, or downtown in 5. This place has been a quiet oasis for many nurses and out of town doctors. This quiet and safe home offers 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with an updated and bright kitchen and bath. Large bonus room upstairs and unfinished and open basement if you like to workout from home.

NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential community that is quiet in the evenings. We must respect other neighbors. All noise level must be minimal after 10pm. We do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit (if collected) will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Excessive guests than on the reservation: $20 per guest/per night (must have approval)
Additional cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50

If there is any evidence of smoking in the home: $125 fee (again this fee is charged by our cleaners to remove the odor)
