Walk to the Beach!

Walk to the Beach! Coastal style home featuring 3 bedrooms plus large loft and 2 full baths and outdoor shower. Open living with vaulted ceiling and skylights in great room adjoining dining room that opens to a charming screened porch and open decking with southern exposure. Kitchen features in-kitchen dining and good storage. Main bedroom and bath on first floor with two additional bedrooms and large loft located on the second floor. After enjoying the beach all day, shower off in your outside shower, then relax on your back deck or porch. Excellent parking with driveway running street to street and under-house parking. This breezy all-season beach rental. Relax and enjoy this wonderful place at the beach! (Sunday to Sunday booking only for May 2026- Sept 2026). Linens and towels are not provided.

THINGS TO KNOW

- We love our home and like to know about the guests who share it. Please tell us a bit about yourself, your group, and your travel plans when you request a reservation.

- Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.

- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a weekly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).

-The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great collection of puzzles and other games to play. Loved the location with lots of trees and close walk to the beach. Easy and safe to cross the busy coastal highway with the pedestrian crosswalks. Lovely produce stand close by to get fresh veggies.

The location was great, and the size of the house was great for our family of four. The living room and porch furniture were incredibly uncomfortable. It would be great if they added a shelf to the outside shower to put your stuff on.

Fun at the beach

The size of the house was perfect for our family and the location was nice being so close to the beach! It was clean and it was a perfect spot for our family to make vacation memories.

Small and simple, but more than adaquate for a family beach stay. Well apportioned kitchen for all meals. Sleeps 5 to 6 easily. The first floor shower is small but good water pressure. The 2nd floor shower/bath is a good size and easy in and out. We lived on the screened porch even in thunderstorms. Easy walk to a quiet beach. Easy drive to Bethany town center and Fenwick.

Perfect beach getaway

Loved this clean, welcoming space! A super quick walk to the beach and close to shops/restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beachy decor was a fun touch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, close to the beach

We had such a wonderful stay in Bethany. The house was exactly as advertised, walking to a private beach and everything in Bethany. Communication with owner was excellent and check-in was a breeze. I definitely recommend!

Nice house within easy access to beach. Although it was close to everything the setting was private.

Quiet, laid back area within easy access and walking distance to the beach. Ellie, the owner of the property couldn’t have been nicer. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location in Bethany beach!

We had a great stay at Bethany Beach. The house was a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was perfect size for our family of 4. Location is great - there is a dollar general, McDonald’s, ice cream, bagels and coffee within a 5 minute walk! Plenty of restaurants, mini golf, etc within a short drive. The house had beach chairs, sand toys, and kitchen was well stocked.

Great location!

This was the first time we ever rented a house for a week! My kids are 20 and 18. The location was great! The house had all the things we needed and was very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!
