Welcome to this 2 rooms renovated by an architect in a Haussmannian building. This spacious and elegant apartment, with its 3 meters high ceiling, is ideally located near the Parc des Expositions and the Eiffel Tower. In a nice neighborhood, with shops and public transport nearby. The quality bedding, the spacious bathroom and the kitchen will offer you a pleasant stay. The apartment has been renovated and optimized by an architect: you will enjoy the comfort of quality furniture and many custom storage. The apartment is composed of a very spacious living room with a dining area with a sofa 3 places and a sofa bed one place with flat screen TV. But also a fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and large fridge. At your disposal a spacious bathroom with noble materials and a large shower. Regarding the room, you will find quality bedding and storage space. During your stay enjoy bed linen and hotel quality toiletries as well as an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine and dryer, and wifi.

appartement luxurieux

Cet appartement n'est pas "luxueux" comme indiqué sur l'annonce Seul un mur est joliment décoré mais l'appart se situe au RDC d'un immeuble sur cour de 3m sur 6 avec des fenêtres face aux poubelles Il est sombre nous avons du rester avec la lumière toujours allumée lorsque nous étions dans l'appart De plus il n'y a que le strict minimum comme vaisselle .....par ex pas de ramequins les ampoules au dessus du lavabo dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas (difficile pour se maquiller ) et celles de la hotte non plus Elles devraient être vérifiées et changées Heureusement que l'appartement est situé à 5mn de la porte de Versailles ce qui est bien pratique quand on va voir des expositions comme c'était notre cas Une petite assiette contenant des capsules ,bombons et petits gâteaux, sucre en dosette a été a notre disposition . En résumé appartement propre, bien situé mais pas du tout lumineux et qui devrait être mieux équipé pour la vaisselle et...la communication avec l’hôte a été difficile Les instructions nous ont été donnée pour notre arrivée mais les petites questions d'ordre pratique que nous lui avons posées sont restées sans réponse car, sans doute, lues en diagonale ou par des personnes qui ne connaissaient pas l’appartement ...ET..... nous avons eu la désagréable surprise la veille de notre arrivée de lire qu'un caution de 700 € nous était demandée (par carte bleue ) pour confirmer notre location alors que rien n'était indiqué sur l’annonce à ce sujet

Perfect location to attend conference centre

Our experience was lovely. The flat had all we needed for our stay and the convenience to metro and the conference centre was excellent. We would definitely recommend this flat to all of our friends.
