One of a kind, quiet and whimsical home in the Historic District of Jim Thorpe. Our High Street House is located in one of the best locations in town, just steps away from Broadway! This home features off street parking, fast WiFi, cable, video surveillance, central heating and cooling, beautiful blue stone patio with gas lighting, modern décor, and a new washer & dryer for 3+ night stays. There is also indoor storage for your outdoor adventure gear! You will not be disappointed

Our Blueberry guest house on High street is located in the quiet section of Historic Jim Thorpe. It is off of the beaten path, and away from the crowded sidewalks on Broadway... This street is truly one of the best kept secrets in town!
Our home is over 200 years old and was originally built and owned by the Leigh Coal and Navigation company as a housing unit for the anthracite coal miners. There were actually as many as 13 people living in this home at one time!
Seeing the potential that this house and location had to offer (after-all, this is where we fell in love with Jim Thorpe), we enthusiastically set out to make one of the most unique and whimsical homes in town.
No detail has been overlooked... We want your stay here to be perfect, in every way!!

Unusual home up against the mountain in Jim Thorpe. Well appointed for its rustic structure, inside and out. Would not recommend more than 4 people staying. Only one bathroom on the lower level with bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed our visit to the area and found lots of things to do.

An adorable home. Well set up kitchen with 2 types of coffee makers, with coffee, sweeteners and creamers all ready to go. Cute bedrooms with comfortable beds and lovely outdoor area for morning coffee and evening sundowners.

We love the central location and the house was indeed whimsical. The host was very responsive and pleasant to work with been good walking shoes. The hill going up to the house is steep.

What a beautiful spot! Can’t wait to return! Everything about the house was perfect right down to the shower and water pressure lol. FYI for older people- the hill is quite steep to walk but if you go the opposite way it’s much more gradual and takes you to the same place. :) My 14 year old daughter figured that out quickly. The upper deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks or just to read and relax amongst the trees- my favorite spot.🪾

This property is extremely clean. It is furnished well and seems to be recently decorated. Also it is at a great location to town. We parked and walked to everything in town. My main criticism is that the bathroom is not on the same level as the bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is down. This is very important information especially for senior adults like us. I think this should be mentioned in the description of the property.

Absolutely charming, wonderfully updated cozy interior, awesome location, great communication with the host, easy check-in. It was perfect for a fall getaway. If we are ever back in this part of PA, would definitely book again.
