Wonderful stay but the customer service that Concierge Cottages offered from the start of my booking to the checkin/checkout was top notch. Everyone was extremely nice and prompt with responses.

Last minute getaway

Lots of high points for this stay & just a few notes. I was very pleased to book something directly on the sand with such little notice. I loved being on the 3rd floor for great views. There are also 2 flights of steps down to beach from boardwalk. Not a problem at all unless you are elderly or have bad knees. Great location being in between Seaside & Rosemary! The interior finishes are updated & nicely done. Full size fridge & updated appliances. Comfortable down sofa & great swivel upholstered chairs in the living room. A couple of down sides & gentle suggestions: There was a computer glitch in their system which sent out 3 separate emails with 3 different instructions for check in. No one replied to my email asking for guidance, but when I messaged thru VRBO, they told me about the glitch & gave me all the codes. There was 4 total rolls of toilet paper which ran out the 3rd day of our 5 day stay for our family of 4. There was 1 single roll of paper towels provided. No trash bags provided. No beach towels provided. So we bought all of this at the grocery store and left the leftovers. I msg about a couple of amenities items plus a request for a late checkout through VRBO but didn’t hear back for 3 days until I reached out again. They did grant my late checkout request which I was thankful for. The mattress in the bedroom was very hard. Seemed a bit cheap. There is a great need for hooks inside or out for hanging up swimsuits/towels.

A Perfect Beach Getaway – 5 Stars!We had the most incredible stay at this beach rental – truly a little slice of paradise! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and carefree vacation.The views were beautiful! The beach was just steps away and felt like our own private retreat. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive.We can’t wait to come back!!

Sea Palms

Sea Palms Condo was super clean, decorated beautifully, and had great amenities. As a FYI, you may want to make sure the cleaners clean the lint filter on the dryer. The dryer wasn't drying correctly when we first tried to use it. We quickly discovered the lint tray was completely full (like it had not been cleaned at all for many, many uses). Also, the microwave light is out. We will definitely be staying here again. Concierge Cottages has THE best condos and customer service!!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Everything regarding the condo and the area was great. The condo was as advertised, beaches were fantastic and all of the quaint little villages in the area were fun to check out.

Look No Further!

Amazing view and sunsets. Clear blue water, white sandy beach, just steps away from this beautifully appointed condo. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy coffee in the mornings watching the dolphins swim by! Goatfeathers seafood market two minute drive if you want to eat in. Grouper and Shrimp! Great restaurant Cafe 30A excellent! We totally enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at this condo complex in the past, so we knew what to expect location wise. We love the location, only a 1.4 mile walk to Seaside. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The place was clean and looked like pictures. Great view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. It appeared that the kitchen was fully stocked with what you might need, but I can’t really say as we didn’t hardly use it. Also, it is nice that the beautiful beach is just steps away. Just a reminder, as stated, this is a third floor condo and there is no elevator.

We had a great vacation staying at Sea Palms! We previously stayed in this unit in March 2024 under a different management company. We love the changes and updates to the unit. We would stay here again. A few recommendations - The microwave oven light (under the microwave) needs replacing. The laundry room door does not close. The ball latch at the top of the door needs to be adjusted. A full-length mirror would be a great addition. Thank you!
