The view from the condo was amazing. The property was clean, decorated beautifully, beachy vibes all the way. Comfortable bed. A little disappointed the listing said there was a coffee pot, there was not. Only a Kuerig and no pods for it. Luckily, location was good with a few coffee shops in walking distance. As far as dishes, the kitchen had everything you could need. That being said, this is the first VRBO that I have stayed in that did not even have salt and pepper stocked. When it comes to essentials, bring your own. They do list that they do not provide much and that is true. Maintenance-wise, property was in good great condition for a Florida condo. My biggest compliant was the management company. They offered early check in via text message. I was supposed to give a 15 minute heads up of my arrival time. I did requesting check in at 2 instead of 4, no response, messaged an hour later, still nothing. Called in-between that to get busy signals, answering machine, etc. Did leave a message, nothing. Finally, after my 7th attempt, I was able to reach someone who promptly helped me. I was able to get into the property a few minutes prior to 3. Then at 4:53 received a call and text finally responding to my initial messages sent at 1:39 and 2:34 pm. I understand being busy but understaffed for spring break weekend seemed more like the issue. Overall the condo was wonderful but I would think twice before renting a property from Bechmark Management.
