This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private condo in Townsend, TN is the perfect location to enjoy your next trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy the cozy fireplace or coffee on the patio, or enjoy dinner in with the fully stocked kitchen. The condo is perfectly located just up the hill from the Townsend greenway and a short drive away from numerous hikes in the mountains, fun in Pigeon Forge, or a trip to the many attractions in Gatlinburg.

Your condo stay is bright, airy, and modern, with the comfortable luxuries of an electric fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, a fully supplied kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a cozy back patio for sipping coffee in the early morning charm of the mountain air. The bedrooms are both spacious, and the master bath has a roomy and easily accessible tiled shower. Located in the private, gated community Cades Cove Reserve, you will be just up the hill from the Townsend Greenway for morning walks or bike riding, and you are a short drive away from numerous hikes in the mountains, fun in Pigeon Forge, or a trip to the many attractions in Gatlinburg. Or if you just want a cozy weekend to relax, the Cades Cove Reserve also offers you access to a heated pool, a furnished fire pit, and gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys surrounding you. Whatever you are dreaming of for your mountain getaway, we feel confident you will find this condo has all that you’ll need.

At Haven, we pride ourselves on our guests’ experience. We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. Haven wants to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. Haven’s guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends, and family.

Guest have access to the entire condo as well as the outdoor areas of the clubhouse. This includes the pool and fire pit! Guests are not allowed inside the clubhouse though.

The condo is located in Townsend, a quaint town in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Nearby you can float the Little Pigeon River in the summer (River Rats 3.3mi), or visit the local favorite drive-in Burger Master (3.3 mi) for a post-hike treat. There is a nearby market (.7mi), or you can take the pedestrian walking path and bike or walk to the delicious Apple Valley Mountain Village & Café (1.1mi), just 5 minutes down the road. Townsend is the doorway to the beautiful Smoky Mountains where numerous hikes, fun swimming holes, or scenic picnic spots await you. Popular spots include the Sinks (10 mi) for swimming or Cades Cove (17mi) for beautiful scenic views from your car and a picnic area too. Hiking options are numerous, and we suggest doing a little research, but a few well-loved choices include The Chimney tops, Laurel Falls, Abram Falls, and Alum Cave.

In addition to the beautiful mountains, there is also plenty to do in nearby Pigeon Forge (19 mi), and Gatlinburg (24mi). For fun activities, try Dollywood or Dolly Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, any of Ripley's locations (our favorite is the aquarium), mini-golf, and so much more! For good eats, there are numerous restaurants in both locations. A few of our favorites include the Pancake Pantry, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Local Goat, or for fine dining options Foothills Milling Company or the Walnut Kitchen.

The pool and fire pit are an easy walk from the condo. You will need a car to go anywhere else though.

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

• The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

•There is no RV or trailer parking per the HOA. Renters can park their trailers across the street for only $5 per day by calling & making reservations with Wolfe Creek Rentals. You need to state you are parking at the Townsend Facility.

• Please note: this is a residential community. We do ask you to kindly observe our community-enforced rules to ensure everyone, residents and visitors alike, enjoy a fun, safe, and peaceful experience!
- PER THE HOA, THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR NOISE COMPLAINTS! THIS FINE WILL BE IMPOSED ON GUESTS WHO RECEIVE A NOISE COMPLAINT.

- There are permanent residents who live in the condos. Please be mindful and respectful of them. THEY WILL CONTACT US IF THEY OBSERVE RULE VIOLATIONS.

- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BRINGING PETS INSIDE ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects, including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.

- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 12:00AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.

Vacation with family

Unit was very clean, updated, great location and quiet neighborhood. Only con was the listing misleading on the accommodations. Pictures online stated the unit sleeps 6 (which I guess it does), but the site showed 3 beds. One picture is the same bed. The extra bed is a fold out floor mattress in the closet. Otherwise it was great.

Great location and loved the quiet location

Overall great time only thing I would suggest is a tv in the second bedroom and we noticed when we got the iron out where washer and dryer is the dryer vent has come loose

Quick overnight stay. Efficient check in process, great communication and very clean property. The coffee provided was an extra plus and allowed us to have a slow morning before checking out.

Our new favorite!!!!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals as we visit the area frequently. This is our new favorite place. It was so peaceful and is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. I can't say enough about how clean and comfortable it was. We will be back. The only thing we missed was having a hot tub.

great first experience

This is the first time we did not stay at a motel for our vacation. The property manager was very helpful answering our questions, no matter how basic they were. The place was clean and exactly like they said. The only issue was there were no directions on how to use the washing machine and the dryer. We figured it out for the most part by going online. So not a deal breaker. Our experience was very positive. Would recommend staying there to others.

Hidden Gem

Directions to property were perfect! Property was very clean and well kept as we drove through parking lot. Unit was very clean and organized. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Only issue was we wanted to have coffee outside one morning on back patio but area was covered in cobwebs. We just sat at table inside and looked out window. I would definitely recommend this property for a mountain getaway.

Quiet & peaceful

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated & very clean. The area was very quiet and off the beaten path. The neighbors were very friendly. Cons: We arrived late & were told our reservations weren’t for Monday (they were) so we were given a condo upstairs & had to wait to get in our condo the next day… not fun. It would be helpful to have some instruction sheets for the condo & there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms.

Relaxing getaway!

The pictures didn't due the property justice! The gated entry, secluded feel from surrounding trees, and the well groomed property was a great introduction to what this rental had in store for the 4 of us (2 couples traveling together). When we entered, the unit looked larger than the pictures online presented, spotless and brand new. Great seating near the fireplace, a large dining table (which we didn't use due to all the local restaurant options), and a full sized kitchen as promised. The unit's 2 bedrooms each had private bathrooms and were both large with very comfortable beds and pillows. We even enjoyed the back patio with coffee in the mornings. During our stay, the ladies spent time at the pool while the guys visited the local fly fishing shop, got great advice on flies and locations to fish, and enjoyed an afternoon chasing (and even landing) fish in the nearby rivers. We also drove the Cades Cove loop, saw bears, dear, turkey and explored the historical community and well preserved buildings. Check in was easy, instructions for entry and check out were also clear and easy to follow. The owner communicated well answering questions and making sure the stay went smooth. Our only complaint was that we had to leave so soon! Thanks for your attention to detail and cleanliness. We look forward to returning!

Internet service was sub par for this day and age. No TV in the bedrooms. Garbage can was too small and check out is to early s/b 11am or 12pm. Other than that not bad.
