Perfect Location for Us
This was our first experience of being “snowbirds”. We wanted to be near our granddaughter and family and this house was perfect and within walking distance. It is also close to all that Brandon and Tampa have to offer. The Host was very accommodating and very responsive. We had family visit us and the set up of the house was perfect. The kitchen and family room area is the perfect gathering place with a very large island and updated Kitchen Aide appliances, lots of cookware and even basic cooking spices. The largest bedroom has a King-size bed and a bath connected with a wonderful shower, double sink vanity and updated flooring. The remaining 3 bedrooms have comfortable double beds and share a bath. The neighborhood itself is a family community. There is some street traffic as folks go to and from work but speed bumps help to keep it manageable and didn’t bother us on our stay. Luz, our Host, was always available to help whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and can’t thank our Host enough for making us comfortable and happy.
