Welcome to and inviting home is nestled in the heart of Tampa, close to numerous captivating attractions. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the Convention Center, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, the University of Tampa, Armature Works, Riverwalk, major highways, shopping malls, and an array of dining options. From supermarkets and gyms to the beautiful Causeway and Bayshore Boulevard, everything you need is within a 10-minute radius. Concerts, sporting venues, everything within 3 miles!

The home is conveniently accessible and has been freshly re-decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bedroom and an en-suite full bathroom. Another guest bedroom is available with a queen-size bed, and a main guest bathroom is also provided. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the bells and whistles you’ll need for cooking.

A welcoming front porch offers a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax. The home is also equipped with comfortable sheets, pillows, towels, basic bathroom toiletries, and more. Currently, the backyard is home to a boat, but you’re welcome to use it as well. I’m currently working on updating the backyard with fun features to make it even more enjoyable.
