This new home, developed with modern architectural design, an open floor plan and 50% green areas, awaits for you!

At only 600 meters from the beach (10-minute walk). The house has 3 bedrooms fully furnished with unique and custom furniture handcrafted by skilled Costa Rican craftsmen. Has a private pool and the ONLY house with a private back patio/terrace for gatherings.

This is a gated community, with 24/7 security guard. This house will make you feel welcome, safe and relaxed. Enjoy your visit!

The accommodations were as expected. The pool is smaller than picture, but it was good for lounging. The rooms are spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults. Tony is a great host. The complex is safe and an easy walk to restaurants and town. Overall, a very good value.Thank you Tony!

Our family (5 adults) had a fabulous time in Jaco Beach. Tony’s home was a fantastic place to stay. Safe, close to markets, groceries, great restaurants and the beach. The house was very clean, well stocked, quiet and the pool was appreciated on the hot days!! Tony responded immediately if we had any questions and provided great advice on places to visit and eat.Thanks for the great experience!! The Wink Family ;)

First time in Jaco

Great stay/ quiet location, very private. Easy access to the Jaco strip. The owner is very helpful and quick response.The home has everything needed to cook and enjoy family time.

Louis and his family visited Jaco and stayed in our house for a week. What an honor to have his family as our guests. Louis was respectful and left the house clean and neat. Louis, was also great in communicating with me before and during his stay. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Louis along with his Family to any Vrbo host. I hope to see you back in Jacó soon.

Amazing Stay and great host

The house was very clean, in a great location, with an amazing pool. Tony the host was very helpful. He helped set up excursions, restaurant recommendations, and was extremely fast at answering questions. I would recommend his place and plan to stay again on my next trip to Jaco.

The property manager was great

The property owner was very polite. He reached out and offered to help with anything. He was also responsive to questions and did his best to accommodate any requests. I will recommend this location to anyone, especially to folks traveling with family.

Quite gated condo

The Condo is very close to Main Street of Jaco, many restaurants and bars close by. Can walk to beach if not trying to take a lot with you. Pool area small but private. We had an issue with A/C not working in main part of house, owner was willing and trying to get it fixed quickly, but didn’t work almost our entire stay, (4nights) which was disappointing to be on a family trip and be confined to bedrooms for A/C. Owner did recommend some restaurants which were great. About an hour drive to Manuel Antonio national park.

This is the one

You pull up to a gated community close to everything that you want or need. The house is clean and has everything that you could ever need and even a bike that you can use. The house has an amazing little pool with a lounge area out front and a chill back porch for relaxing. There is AC in every room to keep everyone happy. High-speed internet to plan everything you want to do and a kitchen with everything that you need. This place is close to the beach,shops, bars and restaurants. This place is a one stop shop that does it all. If we come back going to stay here for sure. The host even stayed in touch with us the whole trip and got us local contacts for tour and events.

Currently, I'm a community college Spanish professor in California and I love given my students and people the opportunity to travel to Latin American countries.

I am very familiar with Costa Rica as I studied and lived there in 2006. My property in Jacó its located in a perfect location for travelers. It is only 10 minutes walking to the beach and downtown.
