Lakeside Life on Keuka's Water's Edge

The gorgeous lakefront home is located on one of Keuka's most desirable coves. An entire wall of 4-foot cottage windows on the main floor allows for perfect lake views no matter where you are; in the gourmet granite kitchen, gathering at the large dining table, or relaxing on the couches. Upstairs is a sleeping sanctuary with 4 large lake view bedrooms, including a private terrace off the master bedroom overlooking the bluff.

Outside is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck, read your book on the porch swing, play some lawn games, or chill around a bonfire at night to stargaze. This property was designed to take advantage of the lake views from every angle, especially the lounge chairs on the platform deck! After a day of swimming off the spectacular deep water dock and gradual shale beach, you can enjoy a leisurely outdoor shower. The permanent dock is a great place to enjoy all-day swimming (~8' of depth), lounging and is perfect for boats up to 20' to head out and explore the lake. For the group's can't-get-enough angler (there's always one!), the fishing is fantastic right off the dock or throughout the cove on the provided canoe and kayaks.

Keuka is in the heart of the Finger Lakes and some say IS THE HEART of the Finger Lakes! My Blue Heaven, located on the lake's western shore, has a front-row view of the spectacular sunrises. It is also convenient to several of the regions finest spots such as:
• Konstantin Frank Vineyards (3.9 miles) and Keuka's Wine Trail
• Steuben Brewing Company (2.0 miles)
• Quaint and Vibrant Hammondsport, NY (7.0 miles)

Nice space

It was a nice space! We had 5 adults and one child and each couple had their own rooms. Nice open space in kitchen and living room. Besides the dock also a little beach. Owner communicates well. Overall great experience!

Great weekend stay at the lake!

Great place! Close to the boat rental place! We’re able to walk down to get there. Parking was hard with a truck and an suv and car but we made it work. Overall great place we will be returning! The view is beautiful and the kids loved getting in the water to use the kayaks and paddle boards!!

Wonder stay

We have been to the Finger Lakes many times over the years and we just love Keuka lake. We traveled here with two sets of Grandparents and our two children. The house was a perfect location right on the lake with plenty of room for all of us. The contact with Michael was easy and quick and he always made sure we had everything we needed. The house had plenty of toys for kids to play with and they just loved the bunk beds. Everyone ended up using the outside shower bc it was so nice !!! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Perfect Week on Keuka Lake

Anytime on the lake is a great time!! But the week we spent in this house was perfect! The location was centrally located to everything! The house was great for our group—all of the windows made us feel like we could enjoy every second of the lake, the dock was great to swim off of and dock a boat on, and the kids loved the paddle board and kayaks! We couldn’t ask for more! We are already looking to book next year’s trip!

Great House, Great Location

The house was perfect for a week-long getaway with our family. The large open area was ideal for when we all spent time together and the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils to create a variety of meals. The dock and lake access provided hours of fun on the water and the water was so clear. Mike was easy to contact with any questions we had and he was quick to respond. The location of the house made for a short drive to the many amenities that the Finger Lakes have to offer.

My Blue Heaven was just what the doctor ordered.

Michael was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house is centrally located close to several different lakeside restaurants for a night or two of dining out. We rented a boat in Hammondsport and were back to the house in 15 minutes. Easy dock access. We had perfect weather and spent our days tubing/water skiing on the lake and roasting marshmallows around the firepit in the evening. The outdoor shower is amazing. Do not skip the chance to use it!

Great location, private, quiet, beautiful view, close to two marinas and restaurants. AC was a plus. Owner was very friendly.

Water and Wine and Relaxation

Great place to spend time with the family. Loved the canoe and paddle boarding. Great wineries and restaurants. Pleasant Valley Inn was awesome. Speedy communication with owner about any questions you might have. We went in June but I imagine it must be beautiful in the fall.

Excellent place for the Girls to get away

The place was fantastic for our weekend girls getaway! Great location, beautiful views and the house was clean and very comortable. Mike, the owner, was very quick to get back with us with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Friend reunion on the lake!

My college friends - some singles, some with young kids, some with older kids - decided to do Keuka Lake for a joint vacation. We rented 3 houses in the same area, this being one of them. It was so awesome. Just being able to sit on the dock and watch the kids play (the paddle board was a massive hit), relax, catch up, and enjoy the amazing weather. This house was the preferred location for water-based day activities. We rented a pontoon boat as well. Highly highly highly recommend!!

Fantastic Family TIme!

This house was a fabulous set up for a family vacation with our adult children. The location on the lake was great for boating - very central and the view was gorgeous. The dock and facilities were excellent - plenty of seating inside and out, even when we had day visitors in addition to our crew. Michael was super accommodating and responded to questions promptly both before and during our stay. We'd go back again in a heartbeat!

Lakeside Vacation

Everything was absolutely perfect. Mike made himself available to us whenever we had a question and he was immediately on it. We had a fantastic vacation. Phenomenal Autumn Getaway

Spent a long weekend and it was awesome! Mike the owner was very accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions and providing a very accurate description of the property. Plenty of space for six adults, comfortable beds, views of lake from East bedrooms were super. Kitchen stocked nicely, all the tools needed, We spent a lot of time outdoors on the dock fishing, around the fire pit and canoe/kayak for exploring and fishing. Great wineries and craft brew joints near by, Hammondsport to the south, Branchport to the north. Overall this place and owner scored a 10/10, we would happily stay here again -thanks Mike !!!

Great house and location.

Super comfortable house with plenty of room for multiple people. Deck and dock add to the charm. Lake, nearby towns, and proximity to parks and vineyards couldn’t be better. Michael was very accommodating with special requests.

Awesome property with incredible lake views!

We had a golf weekend in the area and absolutely loved the property. Hoping to make a trip back here in summer where it is a little warmer, but nothing the fire pit didn’t fix!
