Welcome to our summer chic cottage in the heart of Saugatuck, where relaxation and fun meet in perfect harmony. This two-bedroom, 1.5 bath retreat is just two short blocks away from the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in town.
Step inside and soak up the charming decor, with modern accents and beachy vibes that will transport you to a small town paradise. The spacious screened-in living room is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the surrounding backyard.

When you're not out exploring all that Saugatuck has to offer, spend lazy afternoons napping in the hammock or bird watching in the morning sun. As the day winds down, grab a glass of your favorite wine and soak up the gorgeous sunsets.

And for a little friendly competition, challenge your friends and family to a game of bocce ball on the private court right outside your door. This vacation rental has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Perfect Summer Stay

Megan’s place was just what I had in mind! The cottage was clean and well stocked, and Megan was quick to respond when we had questions. The weather was incredible in early August, and Saugatuck is beyond charming. We brought our two toddlers and spent our days exploring town, going to the beach and playing mini golf. It was all very easy and peaceful, and we hope to return year after year.

Beautiful Saugatuck home

High style cottage with all modern amenities just a short stroll to all Saugatuck has to offer. Beautiful yard with screened in porch. Super easy check in process.

Great location and host!

Great location on a quiet street near downtown. Very clean. Host was great in providing recommendations before our stay. They reached out to us afterwards when they found a book we left behind and even coordinated for it to be sent back to our home. I appreciated especially that the photos matched the place and also liked how they labeled/organized cabinets and drawers. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Family Getaway

A great meeting spot for a little mother+daughter getaway. Cutest little town! Everything within walking distance and we loved exploring. Sparrow House is so adorable, full of thoughtful touches and comforts of home. We loved watching all the wildlife in the yard, and enjoyed a competitive game of bocce ball! We had one rainy day during our stay so it was nice to relax, read and take a nap. I will say the only downside was the furniture in the living room. If you have more than two people, there is not really comfortable seating for everyone to watch a movie together. It's super cute mind you! But not the most functional. We loved the screen-in porch and the kitchen was perfect for our stay. Loved it and would definitely recommend and stay again!! Thank you Megan for being such a great hostess!!

Loved our weekend getaway at Sparrowhouse. The hosts were communicative and gracious. The home was spotless and had such a nice vibe. Perfect amount of space and so close to the center of town. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Home

Sparrow House is a wonderful, relaxing retreat. It is cozy, but the perfect size for 3-4 guests. Pride of ownership shows through in every detail. We loved the comfortable beds, relaxing screened porch, and beautiful backyard—among other things! Excellent location with an easy walk to downtown Saugatuck. We will definitely return!

Fabulous cottage just blocks from Saugatuck

This cottage in Saugatuck is wonderful! Communication with owner prior to our stay was always prompt. The house is newly renovated, very clean and organized! We loved being able to walk everywhere in town!

Beautiful house and excellent location!

We had such a great time staying here during our visit to Saugatuck. There are parks, playgrounds, shops, and great restaurants within walking distance, and Saugatuck Dunes State Park is short drive, with hiking trails and a great beach. The house is lovely and Megan has provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. It was a complete pleasure!

A charming and comfortable cottage

This is a very appealing spot-it’s meticulously clean, very thoughtfully designed, and with all the necessities in place. Host was quick to respond and the neighborhood is close to town and charming.
