The bedroom is located on the upper level of the duplex and features a queen-size bed (160 x 200) with hotel-quality linens. You’ll appreciate its excellent soundproofing and large bay window offering a pleasant view of the lively street, all while lounging comfortably.

The modern bathroom, equipped with a shower and sink, is directly accessible from the bedroom.

On the ground floor, the cozy living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a table, and chairs, ideal for meals or working. The kitchen, subtly integrated into the living area, is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable.

We provide bed linens, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that our apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in one of the most vibrant areas in Paris. You’ll find restaurants, shops, cafés, bakeries and theatres all within walking distance. Just a little further is the famous red children's market. The oldest market in Paris, here you’ll find lots of food stalls.

Paris has a very comprehensive Metro system, make getting around very convenient. Just a short walk away is the Gare de l’Est Metro Station, making Paris and all its famous attractions within reach only a few minutes away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
