The home has been fully remodeled, with all bathrooms flooring and decorations updated. Brand new appliances can be found throughout the property, coupled with bespoke handmade furnishings, decor and detailing- making this home a true ‘’one off location’’ with a nice balance of traditional and modern design. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms throughout, on its own private road. Lovely area and nice and quiet. This home is great private location to unwind and entertain.

The top floor has valued ceilings, and traditional wood cladding. The open plan lounge has floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the room, delivering a light and airy feel with lots of natural light, and great views of the bay and mountains. Smart TV, rustic leather couches and hand craft furniture, with a real wood fireplace for those cold, but cozy winter nights.

Full open plan dining and kitchen area, with two new fridges. Full 4 gas burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso & regular coffee maker. Lovely traditional wood cabinets and solid granite worktops with a full breakfast bar with seating. We supply complementary tea & Nespresso coffee for all our guests, for those early morning starts. In addition there is a tasteful 6-8 seater dining table. Great open plan space for entertaining and soaking up the mountain vistas.

The master bedroom has paramedic views out on to the bay. It has full size sliding doors leading out to the seating a decking area. Full stone gas fireplace, mounted smart TV and a beautiful ensuite, duel sink bathroom with shower and full bathtub. Adjacent full guest bedroom continues the mountain vibe, with fully clad wood celling, full queen bed and seating area to relax and unwind.

All 3 bath rooms are equipped with complementary body wash, conditioner, shampoo, full towel sets, makeup towels and top on the line Panasonic hair dryers. We have the eco smart Samsung front loading washer and dryers with complementary washing detergent supplied.

Located on the lower level- both guest rooms have full size sliding glass doors leading to there own decking area, with views of the garden and mountains.There is also a full bathroom and shower for all guests staying in the lower level. Also located on the lower level, we have a wood clad and spot light games room. Full custom hand crafted oak bar. Couch & seating, full wireless surround sound system, wireless digital projector home cinema for all your entertainment needs.

We have a 3 tier decking area surrounding the property, amazing panoramic views of the bay, getting the sun all day long. Some mazing sunsets and sunrises to be found, and great for stargazing at night. Top deck has external wireless speakers, full size sun lounger, full dining table and BBQ. The spot light staircases lead you down to the Spa area, with full seating plus single egg chair and propane fire pit looking out on to the mountains. The 3rd deck leads you to the lower bed room areas with outside seating plus single hammock, and down to the extensive backyard area- cozy outdoor lounge area with 4 classic Adirondack chair.
