Waterpark Retreat w/ Lazy River, Pickleball Courts

Red Sands Retreat is located in a brand-new vacation community in Escondido. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space. With access to pickleball courts, a pool, and a BBQ grill in the backyard, and just a 30-minute drive from Zion National Park, this is the place to gather with friends or family! We have made every effort to make you feel right at home here in Southern Utah.

On the main floor, there is a master king suite, hall bathroom, laundry room kitchen, living room, and garage. Upstairs there is a second master king suite and grand room suite. The grand room has two bunk bed sets with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. There is also a large sectional that contains a queen sofa sleeper in the room. There are smart TVs in every room and 300MBP high-speed wifi allows you to stream movies without interruption. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook big meals. The property is also stocked with a highchair & pack n play for little ones and the garage has exercise bands with workout instructions posted.

If you are staying over Thursday night, please put the garbage can from the garage out on the street and bring it in Friday after the trash has been picked up.

Very accommodating, clean house.

We loved our stay here. It's in a new development (that was the only drawback--the construction work going on at the house next door) and so everything is new, clean, and removed from the business of downtown St. George. Would recommend staying here.

Great Stay

The place was brand new and so nice. Lots of extra blankets and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook for our family. Such a fun place.

It's a GREAT house.

REAL clean. Great layout. Rental manager was very helpful. Everything was perfect--I'll rent that house again the next time I'm in the St. George area.

Super clean house - great swimming Pool

We so enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was super clean and well organized. The location was also great - close to stores, national parks. The community swimming pool was a huge hit for my son!! We will definitely come back in the future. Thanks!!

Nice place - Perfect for our stay

We had a great time and the place was perfect for us. My truck didn't fit in the garage but there was always parking available close to the rental. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. They were great to work with and everything was super easy.

Very clean and good location

The property is only a couple minutes from the freeway which made it easy to get anywhere. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the condo and the convenience of a garage door opener. The bunk room is quite large- perfect for our kids. My only suggestion would be to put up light blocking drapes in the main floor bedroom. The condo just across the way likes to leave their porch light on all night which made it hard to sleep (for those of us that like complete darkness).

Thanksgiving Week

We had an amazing stay during the very busy Thanksgiving weekend. The property was perfect for 8 of us. The property management team was attentive and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, always a quick response form owner/property manager.

This place was even nicer in person. Everything was so clean. I love that each bedroom had a bathroom in it. Whenever I had a question, Natasha always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway
