Nalu Bliss- Amazing 2BR Waterfront Location on Alii Dr Close to Town and Beaches

Updated 2 BR 2nd floor Condo in small 16 unit development overlooking the pacific with amazing sunset views!! We purchased the condo in June, and it was a very active VRBO with a 4.8 rating and more than 40 reviews!! We have made a number of upgrades since purchasing the property and it's even better than before! Truly one of the best locations on the Big Island. Short walk to Magic Sands beach, and very close to town, restaurants, shops and all amenities. Reserved garage space with additional off street parking. This is truly the best of the best in Kona waterfront living.

Sunsets are magnificent from the balcony looking out to the ocean literally just 30 ft away and the pool is along the ocean and generally very uncrowded as there are only 16 units in the complex. Whales can be seen right from the balcony starting in December until March or April. King bed in the master, and two twins that can be converted to king as well prior to arrival.

Deep cleaning performed after every visit, with special emphasis on disinfecting all areas with alcohol during the pandemic. Bookings from 15-28 days during high season subject to 60/30 day cancellation policy.

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the lanai is stunning! Very comfortable and large bedrooms, excellent bathroom showers, easy parking (for one vehicle), and a quiet pool - everything about this place was amazing! Walking distance to a great poke place, farmer’s market, fruit stand, and coffee. This place will be my #1 choice when returning to Kona.

I was not informed that the condo was located 50 feet from a 3 way stop sign. The locals love to modify their exaust system to create a loud roar and/or turn up their radios up full blast with all the windows down 24 hours a day.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the ocean and very close to town. The sunsets are incredible! The condo is quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated the recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. We hope to visit again in the future.

Location cannot be beat!! Lanai is huge and basically an extended living room with waves 20’ below. It was so comfortable my sister and I couldn’t think of a better place to have our own dinner each evening. There were a few hiccups but the owner and property manager could not have been more quick to respond. A great condo to stay.

The perfect place for our family of 3 during our Hawaiian vacation. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and where we spent most of our time. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for us - close to everything but far enough away to offer peace and quiet. Check in/out was very easy and the hosts answered all of our questions before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were absolutely phenomenal! We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Especially love the recliners. That said, the interior was wonderful as well. Love that it had a mini split AC in the living room. The king bed was super comfortable. And the beach towels and chairs came in handy. We tried a couple of the restaurants and went to some of the markets in the guest book, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay here again, if we are lucky enough to return to the Big Island.

Beautiful and relaxing

A beautiful location for travelling from and exploring the island. It was great to come back to such a lovely spot on the porch every evening for the sunsets.

Truly Amazing Stay

Amazing views and excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nalu Bliss. The view from the lanai and sound of the ocean was so beautiful. The condo is located in a great area, a super short drive to Kona shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing!
