The living room features a 60-inch smart-tv including an additional blue-tooth enabled sound system with sound bar and subwoofer that connects to your devices. The entertainment systems deliver beautiful pictures and sound. The well-appointed kitchen with stunning ocean views makes cooking while on vacation a pleasure. A variety of beach toys, including snorkel gear, water shoes and beach chairs, are available to all guests. This unit does not have AC.

The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a gated condominium community with three professional style tennis courts with night lighting, a pickle ball court, and ping pong tables. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for laps as well as for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the pavilion near the courts and pool.

This unit is on the top floor. The complex does not have an elevator.
One of the most interesting features of the club is the numerous archaeological sites. Descriptions posted at each site tell the history and provide a glimpse into Hawaiian life and culture many years ago.
