Everything was perfect. The condo is gorgeous, Debbie and Suzanne were wonderful hosts, available and willing to help with anything we needed. The lanai is larger than most, and we watched pods of spinner dolphins play in the surf. We loved it, and would love to go back.

This condo is beautiful! Very quiet and peaceful, huge lanai with incredible views, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and nice private beachfront pool we mostly had to ourselves (small building / not many tenants when we were there). The host, Suzanne,was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

This lovely condo was the perfect spot for our two-week Big Island vacation. The location is spectacular, with the surf rolling in right below the lanai, and stunning views. We only used the A/C two nights because it was much more enjoyable to instead keep the doors open and enjoy the sound of the surf. We had our coffee on the lanai every morning and enjoyed sunset cocktails there every evening. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided everything we needed for meals. The fact that it's a corner, top floor unit made the whole experience feel extra special and private. The primary bathroom was really excellent, with separate "his n' hers" vanities, a separate and private toilet room, a large walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer combo. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island. We had a few questions when we first arrived to which the host responded promptly. We have zero complaints and would return to this condo in a heartbeat. Happy to give it our highest recommendation!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Debbie's condo. The location right on the water was fantastic. The ocean sounds and views are unmatched. The condo is so private and is outfitted with everything you need. If we went out, I couldn't wait to get back to sit on the lanai. So relaxing.

Beautiful Spot

This place was perfect for us. Place was clean, view was gorgeous, perfect location, was well equipped. If you don't use a car, the free trolley will come by each half hour for a trip to towns or beaches nearby. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. Hope to come again soon.

Beautiful property. Absolutely spectacular lanai with waves right up to the lower floor. Could hear ocean from inside condo. We were on the third floor with wrap around lanai. Elevator and air conditioning.

We love this property because Kona Nalu is a small condo complex (15 units total), 3 floors. Our unit is on the top floor corner with windows along the entire south side and west side for incredible ocean and sunset views and breezes. It really is a special, unique spot yet close to the village of Kona, the best snorkel spots and so much more! The name of the Condo Complex is Kona Nalu.

While enjoying the spectacular views from the lanai, you will have difficult choices to make each day: Putting on snorkel-gear and heading to the beach, swimming with the spinner dolphins, going for a surf, stand up paddle boarding, paddling an outrigger canoe or enjoy laying out by the pool. Not to mention the stunning golf course within 5 miles, walker friendly Ali'i drive, or tennis and pickle ball courts that welcome all visitors. The options are endless!

The Big Island has so much to offer: Explore an active volcano at the wonderful Volcano National Park, take a trip to Mauna Kea to some of the world’s largest telescopes at 13,796 ft and learn about the stars and solar system, or visit the local coffee plantations, macadamia nut plantations and the Original Hawaiian Chocolate factory. The choices and diversity are amazing on this wonderful island!
