Sun & Sea A200 - GULF FRONT

Direct Gulf front corner condo is the perfect getaway! Start your beach vacation memories by staying in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a private balcony overlooking the soft sands of Indian Rocks Beach and a heated pool. This fully updated condo has all the comforts of home. The spacious open floor plan living makes for a comfortable visit. Love to cook at home? Check out this amazing kitchen! Do not want to cook on vacation, then you are just a few blocks away from multiple yummy restaurants. The living room and master bedroom both have slider door access to your private balcony. Watch amazing sunsets each evening as you lounge on the balcony, pool deck, or beach. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the 2nd bathroom from inside the bedroom as well, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower. The third bedroom has 2 double beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have Smart TVs mounted in the rooms. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit is something to treasure as well. The condo has two assigned undercover parking spaces that accommodate compact or mid-size vehicles only (no recreational vehicles including motorcycles), and a community gas grill and pool on property. Beautiful sand dunes add to the privacy of the property and a path to the Gulf of Mexico, directly in front of your condo. Over-height vehicles can be accommodated 2 blocks away. The height of the garage is 6' 10". Sun and Sea is a non-smoking building and property in its entirety.

Great place

This is a great property! We’d love to stay here again. The third bedroom is tiny as described in prior reviews but was perfect for kids and pack-and-play.

Great little condo for a family of 6

Great location. So close to the ocean. Wonderful views. Comfortable beds. If they provided beach chairs like many of the condos do it would be better.

Perfect

The view is amazing. The condo was large enough to accommodate our family and very clean. All appliances worked. We loved the rental agency (Plumlee) they are smart, kept communication open, and very personable. We would definitely choose to stay in this condo again.

Fantastic property with wonderful location!

You absolutely can’t beat the location! Right on the beach, only steps to the sand and a stunning view from the balcony. The unit was true to the pictures, comfortably accommodating our group of five. Actually, I would say it had one of the best living room areas for everyone to comfortably sit and gather. It was an easy shot to the Tampa airport and had wonderful dinner options within walking distance. The description of the parking garage was accurate. My rental company had to give me a larger suv than I original selected. Always a nice surprise, but I definitely fine tuned my maneuverability skills when parking. ;) The building wasn’t crowded, so it worked out! Wonderful stay!

Super Clean

We love IRB. Sand Castle is huge but even in a holiday week, we rarely saw anyone in elevator, hall, stairs, or rec room. Pool was busy on /off as expected and cannot control other people’s children. Nice shared toy box for pool/beach. Beautiful beach. Unit itself was super clean. Nice open layout. Updated bathrooms. Very comfortable. When they say no beach towels and only starter supplies they mean it. First condo we’ve ever stayed in where we had to buy beach towels. Not a pen or pad or paper. Maybe it’s COVID, but we’ve stayed in other units during COVID where basics are still there.

We do offer beach towels to rent for $5 each for the length of your stay. You are right, since covid, our cleaning protocols have tightened and any left over items are removed between each guest. Beautiful and spacious condo

This was a well maintained and spacious condo. Being on the second floor on the beach provided for a beautiful view. We stayed with a family of 4 and 2 grandparents, and enjoyed how open and spacious it was. The property managers communicated everything well. If we are back in the area, we would rent here again.

Worked well for us

The condo was spacious with a large living and kitchen area. Bedrooms were as advertised, bathrooms wee nice. There is a large hedge which causes an obstructed view from the balcony on the right-hand side. Two parking places was a plus. Was a little disappointed that there was NOTHING in the kitchen for spices-not even salt and pepper. Also no coffee filters. When you are only staying 4 days coffee filters and salt and pepper should be provided. We left our 96 extra coffee filters for the next guests. The instructions say to not leave anything (even canned food) so we threw out the spices we bought. Otherwise, a very nice, clean condo

We have always removed all food items, including spices, from the condo between each guest in case something has been contaminated. With our enhanced Covid cleaning procedures, we also remove all paper products that can not be sanitized or disinfected between each guest, including coffee filters. Clean and great location

Our condo was clean and in great location. Just wasn’t the best layout for two families with the third bedroom really not an actual bedroom.

Perfect getaway
