Great property few things like couldn’t get hot water in the bathtub and the upstairs unit was I bit worn but otherwise great experience amazing beach!

Stinks the bi-level unit was 2 separate condo units, so unfortunately did not feel safe leaving the kids alone, also the ac did not work properly upstairs. The main unit was beautiful and renovated and had everything you would need to have a great vacation. Great location with the beach and pool. Overall happy and would stay again.

Thank you for your review. It is outlined in the property description that the upstairs suite is separate from the main level suite. Our apologies if that wasn't made clear but it sounds like you were still able to enjoy the unit and had a great time!

Great Stay!

Our stay was great! If we had any issues, they were addressed immediately. Everyone was helpful and kind. The upstairs unit gave us plenty of extra space, and the main unit was spacious and well kept. We plan to revisit Indian Rocks Beach!

C300 sun and see

We loved the unit we stayed in !!! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only steps to the beach. We had a couple issues but they were addressed and fix almost immediately. Elevator was an issue on check out day. It was broke down.

It was the perfect stay for us with 2 small children, super clean, very easy to get down to the beach and pool, parking included was nice too. They even had buckets and sand toys which was great for our 3 year old. We would definitely go back! We liked the location, close to stores and restaurants, not far from downtown Clearwater. I would recommend it!

I highly recommend this location! We stayed without four little children. There was plenty of space. The pool was a nice addition! It was clean. Great communication. Will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2026

This was a very nice condo. We loved being right on the beach and slower pace. Plenty of room for big families! The "extra" unit was perfect for us and daughter who is married.

Sun and Fun

We were delighted to walk into the perfect place for us. Heated pool, steps to the ocean, even a fishing rod. The extra refrigerator was a welcomed surprise. Tight parking, but that's typical at the beach. We had a great time and would love to go back.

Condo

Very nice condo and amenities especially for larger family or group. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The extra apartment was a plus for our family maybe needed better directions how to find it but was great for the extra room.

Indian Shores C300 condo

We had a great stay and would definitely rent again! The location was amazing — honestly the shortest beach walk we’ve ever had, which made everything so convenient. The shower in the master bedroom was heavenly, and now I want that whole system installed in my own house. The management team was also very easy to get ahold of when we had trouble getting the door open, which we appreciated. The second-floor AC does need some attention, but since we were barely upstairs, it wasn’t a big issue for us. The beach chairs also had quite a bit of rust from the salt air. Parking is tight, but we were still able to fit two minivans without a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property!

Overall Good Stay

The property was very nice and the main living area was updated and well kept. The upstairs wasn’t as updated and the temperature stayed consistently around 75 degrees even when attempting to lower it in 2 degree increments as directed. All in all a very nice stay in a fantastic location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun & Sea! The rental had a great layout, a welcoming feel, and was the perfect location for a relaxing trip. iTrip was friendly and responsive, which made everything super easy. While the space could benefit from a more thorough cleaning and some updates to the furniture (stains on couch, loose leg on table and hand towel rack loose in the bathroom), it didn’t take away from our overall experience. With just a little extra attention, this place could be truly exceptional.

Over all our stay was great. I do wish the unit was a little cleaner. Especially the floors. The coffee pot was also dirty upon arrival. I would definitely stay again! And the condo was very large. The master shower is amazing and the beds are very comfortable!!!

The property was nice. The only thing that would’ve made this better was if the fourth floor room had a king size bed instead of the queen size. None of the adults want to give up a king size bed for that floor. In my opinion, the third bedroom on the third floor should’ve been the queen size. We didn’t feel like the fourth floor bedroom being separated from the rest of the rooms was adequately communicated, and caused a bit of a problem upon arrival but we worked it out. But the property was pretty, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and other than a small problem with the AC on the second night that was taken care of on Monday. The property manager was on top of it and all was good It was a good stay. There was plenty of room for eight. The location in Indian rocks was prime.

Enjoyable stay!

Overall, our stay at this property was great!. I think the description of the access to the separate unit was a bit vague and was not quite as anticipated. It still worked just fine for our situation, however it may not for others. Also, we had teenagers and the lack of deep end (3-5 foot only), pool deck seating space and plastic chains around the pool were less desirable than other properties we have stayed at. The upstairs unit smelt musty, and Wi-Fi was spotty for both work and television access which made it hard sometimes. The overall units were great, and we did have an outstanding time! It was clean and had a lot of space and amenities that many do not have. DISCLAIMER:The above-mentioned comments are just personal thoughts that may be helpful in the future for both tenants and property manager. They would not necessarily detour someone from staying just enhance their stay or knowledge prior to rental.

We enjoyed our stay, and I had great experience communicating prior to our arrival. However, we were very unhappy to find that the elevator was broken upon our arrival, and I never did receive a call back from the rental company. Fortunately, the elevator was only down for two days. While the accommodations were very nice, the floors were so dirty when we got there that we had to swiffer the floors because my grandson had black knees and feet while he was crawling on them.
