A 20-minute walking distance to Bank of America Stadium and just only 2 minutes by car to get to downtown makes this place your best shot in town for convenience to business traveling. With a fine porcelain bathroom, granite-countertops kitchen, friendly neighborhood surrounded by great pizza shops, and Rhino market you will feel just like home. House is equipped with all your traveling needs.

This 2 bedroom duplex conveniently located at just 20 min walking distance to uptown Charlotte provides for an excellent stay. 2 minutes from Bank of America Stadium, easy access to 2-77 highway to go anywhere in town, perfectly located to all the restaurants, businesses, and entertainment of uptown charlotte and main business. Every room is equipped with Samsung smart TV's with streaming services. House is well secure with top technology, you'll feel a sense of seclusion and privacy.

Minutes drive to many options for restaurants, bars, entertainment, and nightlife. Comfortable queen size memory foam bed in each bedroom, televisions with Netflix, Amazon Prime & High-Speed Wi-Fi.

With Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances renovated kitchen, cutlery, and all your cooking needs, you will be able to prepare your favorites meals. A microwave is provided. On-site brand new coffee maker KEURIG brand to delight yourself with a coffee in the morning.

Custom high-end shower coated on marble stones giving you a scene of a luxury shower with all your basic needs such as shampoo, soap, and towels. No need to bring those in.

All new lighting throughout the house and modern interior doors. Enjoy 2 washing machines and dryer, and plenty of room outdoor for fun and activities. The friendly neighborhood at one of the best locations in town to walk your pet, run, jog, or just take a breath in the beautiful summer.

The location is older but clean. I found it comfortable and a good stay. The kitchen and bathroom had upgrades that modernized the older unit.

This location was a comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of Bank of America stadium. It was clean. Victor was an excellent host.

Beds were awful, like sleeping on a board.. No extra blankets provided and night time temperatures in 30s. House stank like a vape had been used, critters were moving underneath the house during the night. Steps up to entrance do not have a rail- not safe for elderly. Overall worst VRBO experience ever.

Great stay!

My friend and I stayed here for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. It was the perfect location! We enjoyed the brewery and Rhino market nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Nice place with just about everything you could need and in a great neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants, a brewery, and a small market. Nearby Greenway access to the stadium/uptown

this was a fantastic location for our quick stay in Charlotte. convenient to Uptown and Bank of America Stadium, and a quick drive to the airport. home was super clean and comfortable. would easily return for another stay.

Great location!!

Not a bad place to stay! We didn’t spend much time at the house, and was a little chilly inside at night. Only TV that worked was the living room TV. We had 2 asthmatic people with us and something seemed to trigger them while we were there, but overall not a bad place to stay!

Close to Bank of America Stadium

This is a duplex, which we weren't aware of initially. Unfortunately, the other half was quite loud and rowdy, but overall, our stay was decent. The beds were a bit stiff, and the walls were thin, so if you're comfortable with city sounds and occasional late-night noise, this might be a good fit for you. The location is charming, nestled in a cute neighborhood with easy access to a walking trail and just a short distance from Bank of America Stadium. On the plus side, the host was friendly, responsive, and flexible with our check-in time.

Great neighborhood. Very responsive host!

Nice duplex in great, little known but awesome centrally located neighborhood that is wonderful to walk in and explore. Awesome brewery with Afghan blanket covered school bus close by. Has the feel of a very new renovation which is very nice though there were still tags on applicable and packaging in drawers, etc, and wasn’t stocked with some essentials such as salt and pepper, but Victor was very responsive to all our requests and I’m sure that will bot be the case for the next guest!

Great place

First night had a some AC problems. Victor was great came and found a solution at 11pm at night. Place was clean. Only complaint was the people in the other side of duplex had dog that barked well past midnight each night making it hard to sleep.

No Parking

We were told to park on the road in front of the house but I think his tenant parked in the middle and no one could park in front or behind their car. House is in the middle of town behind a bar or something so we heard very loud music a lot of the time. Back door was so small you could barely go in and out with our puppy. Was clean but not what we expected at all.

Great location

This is a cute duplex in a charming neighborhood. An amazing hike trail is just a couple blocks away. The house has a modern kitchen (no dishwasher though) and bathroom. The walls are thin between the 2 units so you are encouraged to be quiet. Our neighbors were not particularly quiet..you couldn't hear them in the bedeooms with fan on and door shut, but our son could hear them from the living room.

Great Location, Slightly Misleading

We had a great trip to Charlotte and the great location of this property definitely played a large part! Everything was within 5-10 mins away and was even in walking distance. Where this listing fell short was poor communication of the age requirement for booking and a bit of ambiguity about the property. This place is an older duplex so you are sharing a wall with people you do not know. This was not really an issue but was a little unclear upon booking. The neighbors were outside on their porch very often so we would pass them frequently. Additionally, there was no driveway parking available to us
