I’ll start with the positives. The location of the property was great for what we were doing. The size was good for a family.
Negatives:
1. The code to the front for check in never worked. We arrived at night with no outside lights on to the house. We were told where the backup key was but very hard to find in the dark.
2. The patio door handle to the pool was broken which made it very hard to open.
3. A dirty bandaid was found in one of the beds. Contacted the owner immediately with no response till the next day. Could not find sheets to replace the dirty ones. This made the bed unusable for our stay.
4. The kitchen is not well equipped. Most of the items are well past their use.
5. Bathrooms were fine but need some updating. Also lack of bath towels.
We would not stay here again due to the cleanliness.
