Located on the east side of Coastal Highway and just a stroll to the beach (0.4 miles to the south end of Bethany Beach's beach and 0.8 miles to Downtown Bethany), this 1-bedroom, 1-bath efficiency apartment features a deck and kitchenette offering refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove top. The Bethany Beach Inn offers community laundry facilities and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy central air conditioning, TV (a 55-inch flat-screen, Netflix capable with guest's own account), Blu-ray, and free WiFi.

This is a second story walk-up and the building does not have an elevator.
Guests must travel by car to reach this condo.
*The pool pictured in the photo gallery does not belong to this building and is not available for use.
The sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Cute little place

The location was great; the beach was within walking distance and Walgreens was right next door. Bethany Beach boardwalk was not too far away either.

Good Little Property

Good for a short stay for 1 or a couple. Only about a 15 minute walk from downtown. The room could have been cleaned slightly better (there was sand on several surfaces when we checked in) and the shower was a bit rusty but overall we were comfortable.

This efficiency unit was behind a Holiday Inn and Walgreens. Regular refrigerator and small one piece kitchen unit. Two stove burners and sink. Convenient parking under the building. Easy walk to the beach. Bright and adequate for our stay but the bed is very uncomfortable.

The toilet was running non stop and I could hear every work to the person next door. Even the person he was on the phone with that's how non insulated the walls are. Also the bed was so loose that every time you moved it would hit to wall. Some maintenance is needed in this rental.

Bethany beach inn stay

The condo was small but great for what we needed. Mini kitchen was sufficient for breakfast and lunch and we even cooked a dinner one night. Was nice to seat on the porch to eat and even had a small view of the ocean. Was about a seven minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Know that there were no beach towels so bring your own. Otherwise had everything we needed.

The toilet ran the whole time and the walls are so then that the person next door was in the phone and I could hear the whole conversation. The bed was loose to where if you moved in bed it would hit the wall. It needs some maintenance.
