The Space

Everything was really nice. Clean house, nice furnishings. The xtra room with ping pong table was a real bonus for sure. Separation of space was great. Nice comfortable beds, two and a half bathrooms. All made for a comfortable stay. Host was nice and responsive!

The property was good and spacious. Everything was good except a few things that needed some improvements. First, I didn’t receive any information on the check-in process from the property host. I had to contact him directly to get the information to sent to me. He was very apologetic and did send my the information with 20 minutes. Luckily I was still out until 8pm. When we got there, driving up to the property, felt like a bump scratched my car. When I got out, noticed the driveway didn’t have a flat surface to drive into. It was like driving up on a sidewalk curb. So be careful driving your car up into the driveway. When we got into the property, it was nice and roomy. When walking upstairs, we all felt the carpet was very dirty. Felt very sticky so we had to wear socks on the entire time we were there. We didn’t experience the game room due to no electricity in the room. The light didn’t turn on. We were a little disappointed we didn’t get to use the game room. The TV was in the game room as well but we don’t like to watch TV in the dark. We all just went to bed for the nite. The next day, the host did provided coffee but it was not enough for our group. It was only enough for one person and not creamer. Overall, it was quiet and spacious. We wouldn’t mind staying on the property again but I hope the property host make some improvements for future guests.

This space truly felt like home. The space is clean and welcoming. It also seemed to have anything we were looking for plenty of towels, an extra blanket for curling up on the couch, etc. The host was very responsive and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. We even forgot something and the host had already found it and was waiting for us when we drove back to the house. This space is also super close to everything we wanted to do. We were in San Diego for a conference at the Town and Country Resort. The conference was only 4 minutes away. The space is close to two malls, lots of grocery stores and some amazing restaurants. Everything we wanted to do was no more than 20 minutes away, and most were within 10 minutes, even with traffic. We hope your stay is as wonderful as ours was!
