This is a two bedroom, two bath condo,Sleeps 4. It's on the first floor and takes in stunning views of the intracoastal waterway. Walk out the back door of the screened porch and take a few steps to the lighted walking path, observation pier, and boat/fishing dock. It's located in the gated community of waterway Village and has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis court, pickle ball, a putting green and 24 hours security. It has an updated look throughout, tv's in the living room/dinning room and bedrooms.The screened porch have a ceiling fan and tons of natural light. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, views of the waterway, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.the second bedroom is located at the front of the unit with a ceiling fan, closet and shared bathroom. This condo is next the a golf course, minutes from broadway at the beach, the airport, highway31 with fast access to north and south strand , groceries and the beaches.

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo. We had a great experience communicating with the host, and it had a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend visit.

Best hosts ever. Great location and property.

Our host was awesome. Flexible responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at this property at other units in the past and they don’t compare to this one. Clean unit with everything we needed. Highly recommend this unit .

A great place to stay while in the Myrtle Beach area! Centrally located so that anywhere you need to go is an easy drive. The views of the intracoastal waterway are wonderful and we really enjoyed looking out for boats. The condo complex is secured by a gate and was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. My daughter enjoyed the pool while we were there and there is a wonderful dock to walk out over the water. The condo is well furnished and supplied and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Stayed for Fire-Rescue Convention

This was a comfortable home base for us during the Fire-Rescue 2024 Conventions. 4 grown men were quite comfortable and had plenty of space. Clean and easy.

Exactly what we expected and more!

The place felt truly like a home away from home. The condo was very inviting and calming. Very clean and everything was very comfortable. We were surprised by sparkling ice drinks and snack bowl which we’ve never had at any other place we’ve stayed. The condo grounds are beautiful and quiet. The pool and hot tub are amazing! Definitely a 10/10 stay! If we ever come back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely stay here again.

Sullivan Family Vacation

This property was very nice and quiet. We took our little dog and there were several other people that also had dogs in the complex. Everyone was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and always very nice. We have no complaints at all and would recommend this property to anyone who was looking to stay in SC.

Clean and comfortable condo

Enjoyed a long weekend with family of four, great stay. It was clean, comfortable condo with peaceful setting. Great relaxing view of intercostal water way. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch as we watched the boats going by. Loved having our little dog with us. Easy access for pet friendly walks. Close to Myrtle Beach attractions. Will stay again.
